Family Christmas Vacation

Our time spent here was great. The host was great and even had a live Christmas tree on the deck for us. He responded quickly and communicated great with us throughout the stay. I would highly recommend.

Best place to stay if you want peace and quiet. Snorkeling is great too. Went to several beaches and liked this one the best.

Beautiful home and location

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful villa. We enjoyed the pool and patio. Spent most of of our time outside. The place is very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. Communication was great with the owner. We would love to stay here again. The beach at Indigo bay and the bar/restaurant were fabulous too. Great staff.

Beautiful villa!

Resort worthy accommodations. Host was very responsive. We did have to contend with "power shedding"/loss of electricity in the entire Indigo Bay neighborhood from 9pm-11pm every night but the power company is good about communicating over Facebook. We took that as an opportunity to swim in the pool and check out the stars. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our week long stay!

We had the best 7 day stay at this gorgeous villa overlooking indigo bay. Danielle was helpful getting us checked in and she shared may suggestions for restaurants and activities. We had 3 children with us that split their time between the pool and walking to the indigo bay beach (which was also had the best restaurant we ate at all week!) Already looking forward to returning next year💙 Thank you, Murat, for your hospitality.

Round 2!

2nd year in a row staying at this gorgeous property. The owners are super easy to get in touch with. Check in/check out we’re a breeze. The house sits right above our favorite beach and favorite restaurant, Indigo Bay. The home is clean, up to date and perfect for kids. Our children LOVE sunset dips in the pool. We hope to return again in 2025. Thank you for the hospitality!!

Paradise

Indigo Bay was by far the best place to stay on the island. Full time security guard, quite as can be & only 10 minutes away from the beach. Our villa was nothing short of perfect. We had a family of 4 and loved swimming in the very clean pool and eating dinner while watching the sun set from our balcony. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating. They had beach towels for guests & all the kitchen appliances you would need. 10/10 recommend staying here. We will for sure be back!

Amazing rental in St. Maarten

We stayed here in August with our adult children, first family trip post-pandemic. Danielle was superb - she contacted us before our arrival and coordinate to met us at the house and give us the keys and overview. We were thrilled to be greeted by a lovely bottle of champagne and fresh tropical flowers throughout the house. The kitchen has everything you could possible want, the wifi and airco were great, but the outdoor patio and views were the best part of the house. We did our early morning yoga and mediation outside to the sound of the ocean waves, the pool was welcoming for a cool dip after a day of adventuring, and we enjoyed stargazing and wine at night. The house is in the perfect location - easy access to both the French and Dutch sides. Scenic morning walks, quiet evenings - it was perfect! I would recommend this home to anyone coming to the island - it can't be beat, 5 stars all around.

This Villa is Paradise!

We just returned a few days ago from beautiful Villa Ocean which totally exceeded our expectations. It was truly paradise! Our family of 6 – including adult children - loved it! The villa is clean and spacious, and filled with contemporary furnishings, a modern kitchen, air conditioning, and helpful amenities like a dishwasher and a washer & dryer. All 3 bedrooms were lovely, and each had a spectacular view. The outdoor areas were the best. We lived outside as much as possible on the deck overlooking that amazing view, from post-beach swims in the pool to evening happy hours relaxing on the outdoor couches! While we don’t like to repeat places to which we have travelled, Villa Ocean has won our hearts – we will be back!! Thank you, Murat, for hosting such a beautiful home that we so enjoyed, and thank you Danielle for your warm welcome, helpful suggestions and kind touches that made our visit a 5-star vacation!!

Couldn't Ask for More!

By far the best rental we've ever had (and I'm very particular)! The villa itself is nicely decorated, stocked with everything you could need, and the view is OUTSTANDING. Gorgeous during the day with beautiful sunsets in the evening. With 2 floors and generous rooms and bathrooms, there was more than enough space for our family of 4. The deck area with a large table for meals, plunge pool, and plenty of seating is the ideal space any time of day. To say the kitchen is fully stocked is an understatement--we were pleasantly surprised to find Tupperware, sharp kitchen knives, cooking spray and sugar, and even freezer packs. Only thing missing was a cooler, which we had actually brought. We did wish we had remembered a bluetooth speaker (you can use the TV for music). The area of Indigo Bay is currently being developed, and there is a bit of construction going on. So you may need to drown out the noises at times. When we had questions, Murat was quick to respond and extremely helpful. There is really nothing negative to say about this place!

The property is well situated minutes from Philipsburg, but in a peaceful bay. The villa wonderful views of the sunset and Saba Island offshore, and it is a 5-10 minute walk down to a beach that was not crowded despite visiting at a peak time. The villa was clean and well stocked, and it is ideal for a family that wants to enjoy the island but also relax and enjoy the sunset/dinner at home. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and we would definitely stay here again.

Really nice villa - DEFINITELY recommend

This property is exactly as it is listed. It's very private location and we only saw the neighbors once. The views are spectacular! The same view gives 3 special experiences (one during the day, one during sunset, and one at night) providing 3 unique enjoyable moments! The pool is also able to be nicely lit up at night. The grill on the property is an extremely nice touch and there is also an espresso maker. The house is well stocked with a lot of kitchen items one might need - pans, plates, some basic spices, champagne glasses, bottle openers, grilling utensils, etc. The high end washer and dryer machines were nice touches. There is also a dishwasher as well. The check-in process with Danielle was fantastic! She met me at the property, showed me how to use the doors (believe it or not, that was important) and also left some really nice touches to the check in process! Danielle is also very knowledgeable about the area and can provide many recommendations! The property also feels very safe and is manned by a 24 hour security presence with a gate. I think one of the only considerations I would advise future travelers is if you do not rent a car, it might be difficult to get a taxi as Uber is not on the island. I have been using a taxi driver who has become somewhat of a friend named Walter. His car is not luxurious, but he is an incredibly knowledgeable person that provides concierge level service (he will pick you up when you want) and can advise on many things Sint Maarten. His number is +1 721 553 2854. Thanks Murat, I hope to stay at your villa again in the future! You and Danielle definitely know how to HOST!

Fantastische woning Indigo Bay

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in deze woning aan de Sunset drive 24 op Sint Maarten. De woning was van alle gemakken voorzien en had een schitterend uitzicht over Indigo Bay en zowel de Caraïbische zee als de Atlantische oceaan. In de verte was Saba goed zichtbaar. Bovendien is het een centrale lokatie niet ver van Philipsburg en het vliegveld. Beter kon eigenlijk niet, vandaar een totale score van 5 sterren. Zowel de communicatie met de eigenaar Murat alsmede de beheerder Danielle was perfect. Als er iets was, dan konden wij altijd bij hen terecht en werd het opgelost. Dank hiervoor en graag tot een volgende keer…../
