This friendly "Mini Resort" features 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts playground area, clubhouse. Within 10 minute walking distance to several restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, spa and major grocery stores. Within a 5 mile drive to beautiful sandy Anna Maria Island beaches

Great stay for family spring break!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and newly renovated. Property was very quiet. Unit had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Even had all beach gear we needed for our family. Will look to stay again in the future!

A few items needed.

Another towel rack or hooks in each bathroom. Full length mirror. More coffee cups. Overall this was everything as advertised. We thourghly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Monika our host was very attentive to our few needs.

First Snowbird Experience

We are newly retired and this was our first snowbird experience. This unit and the Shorewalk complex are very nice! The condo was as advertised, well equipped, and we were very comfortable during out stay. The facilities at Shorewalk are excellent (pools, courts, etc...) and the residents/renters were all very friendly. Note it is a min of 15-20 min to drive to the beach and a little longer if you want to go to Anna Maria or to Longboat Key. Just be prepared for some traffic at times if you're going to the beach often. This was not a major issue for us as we stayed for a month and had the extra time.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It has absolutely everything one needs for a lovely vacation. The unit was spotless when we arrived and the owner was very attentive and timely in her responsive. An absolutely wonderful rental.

Florida Trip August 2022

My husband, daughter, and I took a week trip to Florida to relax/de-stress. My daughter took her 1st plane ride which she absolutely loved!! The condo where we stayed had a great layout and was very easily accessible. We had an amazing time!! The screened in balcony was perfect for our daughter to play in and it was really nice to sit outside to watch the storms roll in without being bothered by bugs. It's just a 10 minute drive to the beach, most well known restaurants, ice cream parlors, the pier, and shops. Definitely looking forward to more stays in the future if it's just our little family of 3.

Clean modern condo, close to IMG

Nicely updated condo, very clean! Everything we needed was included. Great communication with owner. Did not realize I had to share a driver’s license (it’s in the contract I must have missed it). Was not comfortable with sharing confidential information since we also purchased damage insurance as part of the rental. Sharing for awareness. Nice property. Just bring a pool Pass for every person in your party (not one for the whole party), the staff are sticklers!

Close to IMG Academy

The property was clean. It was close to IMG Academy. We were here for my son's tournament. Close enough to Anna Maria Island to enjoy the beaches and restaurants.

Great stay!

From the time we arrived till we left, it was a wonderful stay. The Neighborhood is quiet and those we met on the way to the pool, or at the pool were super friendly. We did get asked to show the pool passes that were provided. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need and what a wonderful surprise in the spare bedroom closet to find so much beach gear. The beach was only a 10 minute drive and easy to get to and from. My son and I were able to walk to IMG. One thing to note about the area is that restaurants do not stay open late. Some close around 9 p.m. On occasion this was a tight timeline for us because our son didn't get back from the IMG Camp till 6:30pm. Overall, I would recommend those who are looking to stay in the area, to stay in this unit. Monika was super easy to work with and the condo was spotless when we arrived. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we didn’t even know we wanted. Beach chairs, towels, coolers, etc… We loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and the evenings. Very relaxing and close to the beach.

Beautiful Condo

We had a great time. The on-site amenities are close and convenient. The condo is located centrally, so it was only a quick trip to all of the attractions that we visited. The condo is clean and comfortable. We would book again.

Excellent and beautiful

The property was clean, excellent, well maintained. It had everything we needed! The property manager went above and beyond to make things comfortable and entertaining for us. I would recommend anyone to stay here. It was also within reasonable distances of everything in the area and easy to find and get to and from. The pools and all recreational activities were well taken care of and enjoyable! Thank you for a memorable and wonderful vacation getaway!!
