Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y ubicación
The site is a very nice vacation spot - there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, AC in the main room and fans in the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is very well provisioned - plates, cups and utensils and a great variety of cooking materials (pots, pans, cooking utensils, food processor) and Nespresso style coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable. There is very nice landscaping around the apartment; the view is tremendous!We found it difficult to find the house and the neighbor is not very pleasant. The rental property is half of a very large house and the half that is rented was significantly upgraded. There is a separate entrance to the rental property but there are no markings noting where to turn to find the site. We arrived after dark and caused much upset with the neighbor as we entered her driveway rather than make the turn into the separate path to the property. Some things to note: the linens included in the rental does NOT include towels and they ask 10 euro per person for a bath and hand towel. We discussed this with the owner and they agreed, due to the confusion, to reduce this charge by half.The rental is two levels and the staircase to the upper level is exceedingly narrow and would be very difficult to negotiate if one has mobility or balance issues.The pool is rather small actually and the photo offers a very flattering perspective.
