Newly remodeled home with a gorgeous pool and spacious outdoor area in a safe quiet neighborhood! This beautiful large and well maintained pool could be heated per your request.
Close to 170, 101 and 405 freeways, you are 25 mins away from Marina Del Rey and Santa Monica.
Near trendy Noho Arts District and few blocks to Ventura Boulevard's retail and restaurant corridor, Gelson's Supermarket, Starbucks, fine eateries, specialized cafes along Laurel Canyon Boulevard and Riverside Drive, Warner bros studios, short drive from Universal studios and Hollywood walk of fame.
The space
Remodeled in 2021, with stylish furnishings & very modern bathrooms. Every bedroom has its own TV. Workstations in two of the rooms.

✭Bedroom #1: (Master) King bed , ensuite bathroom w/walk in shower, computer desk area. TV
✭Bedroom #2: King bed , TV
✭Bedroom #3: Queen bed, computer desk area TV
✭Bathroom #1 : shower, En suite Master bedroom
✭Bathroom #2 : shower, tub, full bathroom
✭ Kitchen: New chef's kitchen with a dining table for 6. All cooking and serving tools are stocked.
✭Florida style sunroom: relaxing sun room to sip coffee in the morning or do yoga with views of the gorgeous backyard.
✭Large fun game room with Pool Table, hockey table and more..
✭Backyard: the perfect BBQ area, private backyard with sparkling pool and plenty of outdoor seating. Spacious, made of wood Pergola is located next to the pool and has a large table to easily fit 8 people.
✭Parking: driveway can easily fit 3 large vehicles & free parking on the street.

Other things to note
Fireplaces - one inside the Pergola and another one in the living room, are not in use and are for DECORATION ONLY.
NO PETS – Pets are not permitted on the property unless agreed upon in advance with an additional deposit of $250 minimum.
Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.
UTILITIES - LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days booked, the utilities bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 30-day period.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.
**Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $269/day with a 4 day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs before check in if you want the pool heated and and at what temperature. *89-96 is recommended.**
