Very spacious house

We were group of 7 people and we had plenty of space and clean bedrooms to stay in. This place is very close to the strip.

Great place

Everything was very accessible, the place was very nice, spacious and well maintained. The owners had great communication and were available when needed. Definitely recommend it.

Exceeded Expectations

Great value for the price, conveniently located near everything, walking or short drive to Grocery’s, Starbucks, Gas, Restaurants, 7-11 as well as freeways and the strip. Everything is provided, no need to bring anything. Accommodates a wheelchair. Only things I would suggest is: new family games and replacing a few mattresses. Would definitely stay here again!!

Good location. Very complete amenities

This property has very good location. Very convenient for our show in LVCC and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The owner is very generous to provide a lot of supplies including bottle water and wine. It’s not very convenient to open the locked gate in rain and at night. I wish there’s automatic gate opener. Other than that everything’s good. Everybody enjoys the stay.

Decent Property, Could Use Some Minor Work

The location is close to and convenient to the strip and many other Vegas attractions. The neighborhood is in the China Town district and while appears to be very working class, was reasonably quiet and reasonably maintained (neighboring homes). The house itself was as advertised with four bedrooms and three baths. There is smooth (slick) tile throughout the house and while we were in town it rained...be careful with wet shoes on that smooth tile floor. We didn't eat in the house except for snacks and such, but the kitchen appeared fully stocked. Our biggest complaint is with the bedding as the room we were in had a fitted sheet but no top sheet as the top sheet was used as a "fitted" sheet on another bed in another bedroom and the same appeared to hold true for the other two bedrooms. There were blankets for each bed, but not having a top sheet was a bit odd for us. Beyond that, the living room furniture needs a serious deep cleaning and the entry door surround and some of the baseboards need some attention. We had no direct conversations with the host beyond a few messages back and forth via the VRBO app for check-in, but otherwise the host seemed very friendly and helpful.

It was okay..

The couches were filthy dirty and there was dust everywhere! The toilets were not cleaned properly. Group of 4 couples, maybe MORE toilet paper!

Relaxing Vegas experience

The house was large and close to the strip. Perfect place to stay with family when in Vegas. The owner was quick to respond and very easy to get a hold of. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice Location

Great place for multiple families in a quiet neighbourhood, close to Chinatown, and other places to dine. We went in the summer with 110 degrees heat. The air conditioner was not working properly in the master bedroom, but worked great everywhere else. When we left the next day and shut off the AC in the other areas, the AC then worked in the Master Bedroom. So I would recommend starting the AC in the master bedroom first, and then the rest of the house. House was clean and stocked very well with cheese and other yummy snacks. It was nice to be away from the noisy downtown hotels but close enough to visit. The hosts were responsive to our inquiries, and called us immediately after we left to advise us we had left a purse in the hall closet. Had they not called, we would have been in Utah without an expensive cell phone! Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic vacation rental property!

The owners of the property were always available via phonecall for any questions or issues we had. The house was clean, and spacious, there were plenty of added amenities to the property that the owners don't even mention. The location was GREAT. 10 minute drive from the strip or downtown. I highly recommend this property. I will be reaching out to the owners to rent this property again next year! :)

very dirty ,no sheets ,all towl very old and stained and used ,

dog barking none stop ,dirty rooms and kitchen =cat hair on counter top ,very old closet dust all over ,dirty floor ,not seem sanitized ,next door loud dogs barking every time go in or out for a while and when something move on street, need refund

Very pleasant!

The house was very cute. It was a really nice stay. The house was clean and we had everything needed. The only thing that was a disappointment was the towels. I suggest you bring your own towels. Great stay! Would book again
