Our host was fantastic! We really liked the location to the local attractions. The pools were very clean well kept. Beds were very comfortable. Loved that you could hear the train from Dollywood and at times see the fireworks from the Summer nights at Dollywood. Plenty of parking and having the carts to bring things in were very helpful.

The condo had plenty of room. It was clean and had all of the initial supplies that we needed. Spacious bedrooms. They all had a TV and bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet. We had a great time!

We loved the 3 bedrooms with their own televisions and bathrooms upstairs for the 4 generations to enjoy. It was also nice to have a half bath on the main living level. The Christmas tree and decor were beautiful. We loved the elevator with the luggage cart that was inside the covered parking area. Less than a mile to Dollywood and very close to “the Island”.

Wonderful place for families

Spacious condo for family, good amenities and location in Pigeon Forge. I would recommend to families looking for a place to accommodate 4-5 people

We have had a horrible experience with Jackson Mountain Rentals. I left my suitcase there (we had been sick all weekend and left in a rush - this is my fault). I called when we got home 3 hours later. I was assured it hadn't been cleaned (it was Labor Day) and they would retrieve it immediately. Three days later, I hadn't heard anything. I reached out. They said it had been located and would be delivered to UPS. Two days after THAT, I reached back out. The text message said "It was dropped at UPS yesterday. They will reach out to you." UPS did not have it. I called both in the Pigeon Forge area. I reached back out (it has now been 6 days) to Jackson Mountain Rentals. The woman was very kind and agreed this was absolutely unacceptable. She said there were no records showing where my suitcase was. She then did some digging and three hours later, told me they couldn't find it. She said they would be in touch.Three days go by. I haven't heard anything. At this point, I have had to pay out of my own pocket for items that were in that suitcase because they were necessary for both myself and my 2 children. I reach BACK out to Jackson Mountain Rentals. They said they did find the suitcase and would take it to UPS. (But don't worry - they would waive the 25 handling fee. I still have to pay for UPS to ship it. How generous.)You can read my review on Google for the rest of the rest. My suitcase was missing for 9 days. None of them knew where it was. They also didn’t make it right.

Clubhouse 3206 was very clean and had everything you need for a week-long stay when you are playing baseball at the Ripken Experience Pigeon Forge! I highly recommend it!

Layout was great. Worked really well for my family. Doors all very squeaky though and appliances and cookware needed to be replaced. Multiple items scratched or chipped to the point they should be tossed. Would have appreciated some basics like salt, pepper, coffee, etc.

Family Stay in Pigeon Forge

Very nice property. Loved having 3 bedrooms all with a private bath. Made the stay for 3 generations seamless. Everyone could wake at their own times, and getting ready was a breeze.

Great Location

Property was very clean. Everything we needed was in the condo. Really liked the location. Very close to EVERYTHING! We even enjoyed the fireworks each night from Dollywood.

Great condo in a great location

You wouldn't believe that this big 2-story, 3-bed, 3-bath condo with vaulted ceilings was in the building! Very clean and comfortable. Just off the beaten path, it's very close to Dollywood (you can see the rollercoaster peaking out of the trees in the distance) and the main touristy strips in Pigeon Forge.

Great location!

Centrally located in Pigeon Forge, and close to Dollywood, restaurants and shopping. Golf course nearby. Each br has its own bath, and the kitchen has been upgraded. Inside pool and sauna nearby. Elevator and carts are so helpful and no keys are necessary...just a door code. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Wedding Weekend In The Mountains

We travelled to Pigeon Forge to stay for our niece's wedding in Maryville. We had 4 adults in the condo, then we had my 2 aunts join us because they were not happy with their rental they booked for the weekend. The unit was very clean and spacious! We didn't do any cooking, etc. but the kitchen was large enough we could have with no problem. The location was convenient to everything! Restaurants, mountain coasters, Dollywood, the strip, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Mediocre

Our stay was somewhat enjoyable, but the beds were very questionable. They were not comfortable at all. And it appeared that all the sheets and pillowcases had hair on them and were just not clean by appearance. We had to go buy spray to spray in the condo because there was a musty smell when we walked in. We actually left on Sunday and did not return. I would give this condo, a three out of five stars.

Stay

Confusion trying to find the unit. Directions were wrong. Everything was good but we won’t stay again with a young child. Sounds carry upstairs and kept waking the baby. So we didn’t use the tv at all and had to whisper so our voices didn’t wake him up. Sure it would have been fine if we didn’t have a baby. Using dryer made it super hot upstairs.

Good location. Good layout. Furniture needs upgrading... dining bench bad springs (?)... sofa slants toward front. We like daylight... blinds need to be operational. Strongly recommend handrails for the stairs. Yes, we are older but not too old to climb stairs... but rails would have helped so much. We were a little disappointed in the fireplace.

Reunion

The room was very nice except for some poop that was crusted on two of the four toilets. Also crumbs on some of the furniture and a half bottle of water in one of the bedrooms. Had to make up one of the beds. Overall a nice and comfortable room. The facility it was in not so much. We could easily identify our room by the large stains in the carpet in front of our door. Was going to go to the hot tub but was told by another guest it wasn’t heating so didn’t go. Looked for more trash bags but couldn’t find any. A few extra blankets would be nice. Finally be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner as only two small bars of soap were provided in each bathroom.

Get stay!

We enjoyed our stay for my mom’s 83rd birthday! This condo was the perfect place to be with 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms! I will say that a rail is needed for the older folks as you go up to the bedrooms! Also, several of the railings were broken on the balcony and we had a 4 year old that we had to watch. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! The check-in process was good also and the condo is located in a wonderful area! We could see fireworks from Dollywood every night!

Beautiful location

Beautiful location. Close to Dollywood. Close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Clean and beds are comfortable. We definitely will stay here again.
