This farm property has been in Bill’s family since the late 1700’s . The farm was established in 1803. It is also located at the heart of some of Kentucky’s most beautiful attractions. Centrally located. There are several things to do and see in this area. We are located near so many wonderful attractions.
Enjoy the serenity of the farm life, the action of Lexington (20min) or the breathtaking beauty of the Mountains of Appalachia(35min) in the Red River Gorge.

MAIN level - 8 comfortably with two full bathrooms.
LOWER level - 4 to 5 guests with one full bathroom.
Relax & hangout or enjoy space to yourself.
If booking for 3 couples they could have their own private room with restrooms & office space.

*One step into dining 4 seats, 2 barstools, Unique family items for decor - open concept kitchen. Prepare meals in fully stocked kitchen

*Front Porch 2 Swings & other seating, tree swing: Outdoor space -patio table, grill (request)
*Door with flowers in the kitchen opens to the 2nd full living space downstairs (Home within a home)
**1st King bedroom,
*Game Room: TV, Pool Table, Foosball, Futon (full size bed),
*Private Office, Full bathroom walk-in shower.
*Main living area:
**Full size bedroom with small desk, closet and antique furniture
**Queen Bedroom- closet, desk, farm views, private entrance to the bathroom shared with the full-size bedroom.
*Door divides back apartment with private entrance:
**2nd King bedroom suite with private full bathroom, closet & storage space back kitchen, lounge area & laundry room attached to the king bedroom. The futon or full-size bed (request)
There are family heirlooms, farm history, family games, 3 tv’s, Pool table, foosball.
** Farm tours available request (farm donation of your choosing.) Ride around the farm to meet several animals. Dogs are not heard overnight in the guest house. We also keep them on a leash & schedule for guests to be able to come and go freely.
The home is yours privately. We are located in different home on property to tend the farm and accommodate guests.
We do our best to give the privacy of a getaway.
