Spectacular beach home with 4BR & 3.5BA (2,849 sqft) on S. Pacific Street, across the street from the ocean. No sandy beach across the street except during low tide. SFH with 2 stories, open floor plan, 2 spacious master en-suites with balcony in both and ocean views in the main. Large rooftop deck with panoramic ocean view all the way up to the famous pier to enjoy amazing sunsets. Gas fireplace in living room and family room, side patio with grill and 2 car attached garage. Very spacious and comfortable for couples, family and business travelers. Great location and easy walk (0.6 mile) to Tyson Street Beach. Walking distance and easy bike ride (1 mile north) to pier and downtown. Sparkling clean with new furnishing including TVs in all bedrooms with comfortable foam mattresses. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, and full washer & dryer plus sink in laundry room. Free high speed internet (1GB) wifi and 5 Smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc. Comes with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, and cooler. Convenient EV charger (Nema 14-50) in garage, bring your own charging cable.

Carolyn’s communication was consistent and clear while we prepared for our trip and while we were there. The house is much larger and beautiful than the pictures show! We were in immediate awe of how warm and organized the home was! We travelled here with my husband’s side of the family, a total of 8 people. At no point were we waiting for a bathroom or lacked privacy. The space was perfect!

This property is absolutely beautiful and is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. It’s very spacious and the view from the roof top balcony is spectacular.

The home is beautiful and was a perfect home for my husband, adult son, and grandkids. The only slight issue i will say is that the ocean IS directly across the street but it is not accessible to a family. You would have to scale down huge rocks to access the water across the street. The beach access is a 15 to 20 minute walk away. We were able to make the walk daily, but if you have walking limitations keep that in mind. That being said, the home is full of everything you could need including high end kitchen supplies, and every beach toy, cart, coolers, boogie boards, tents, EVERYTHING you need for a great beach vacation. The master bathroom has a tub in it that is the perfect tub for soaking in. Its huge! The beach area itself has a great park attached and there are tons of restaurants and coffee spots within a walking distance. Our vacation was wonderful and we wish we were still there!

My family had an excellent stay here! The house was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of space and so close to everything. I will definitely stay here again!

Great rooftop ocean view!

Great house with ample room for a group to stay. Kitchen has all you need and more. Very quiet overall and rooftop terrace with firepit in the table is greatsuper view of the ocean. Convenient location and very walkable to many spots. Has all you need with essentials and also beach towels and chairs and sand toys. Highly recommend!

2nd Annual vacation with friends. Met up with family. We loved the rooftop! Got some beautiful sunny days. Walked to the bowling alley, Fat Sam's, Rite-aid, beach and other fun spots.

We loved this place

We had the best time. The space was amazing. We loved all the parts of the house. We loved how the main loving room and kitchen is an open concept so while we cooked, we could still hang out with those on the couches. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. My wife wanted to have her bday dinner on the rooftop and how we laid out the meal and the sunset was just magical. We DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK. Such a great staycation place for friends and family. The neighborhood as well was so peaceful. It was a good 15 min walk to the pier where the Top Gun house was located. 5 min walk to beqch access. We saw dolphins early morning. Overall, very impressed with this house and the owner who texted us back asap when we had questions.

Perfect Rental

We loved this rental property… tons of space, very clean, and had everything we needed! Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, and wagon. Would highly recommend staying here and we will for sure stay again when we come back!

We can drive to the mountain to ski in the morning and head to the beach for a nice sunset on the same day. My kids love the beach and we have two vacation rentals in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and one in Oceanside, CA. We also love to hike and ski and have a vacation rental in in Big Bear Lake, CA and Flagstaff, AZ. I'm very responsive and prefer text and email.
