Different than listing

A few days before check in, the owner sent the door code and told me we would be staying in his house instead of the cabin from the listing. He said it was 5 beds and sleeps 10 but that was not accurate. It did appear new which he said it was built within the last 2 years. There was a terrible bug issue when we arrived. We arrived after dark so I'm sure they were bad because of the lights. Everything was ok for us, we made it work with only 2 beds even though the original listing had 3 and that would have been better. My son ended up sleeping on the couch. We did have to take the trash with us which was not ideal but we only stayed 1 night so we didn't have much, but when on vacation that's not something we want to load in our car with us and deal with.

Good stay but a bit pricey

The stay was good. The house as advertised. A bit pricey for one night. A little hard getting in contact with host. All in all a good stay though

Place was a great place to stay for the weekend snowmobiling, trail access, roomy and the owners are easy to deal with. Had a few things that happened and he answered me very quickly! Will definitely stay here again! Only thing that can be improve on is having an extra few sets of toilet trees. Definitely recommended! There is also three beds, and a few air mattresses if needed!

Foliage Trip

Foliage was at peak in northern NH and this location was perfect for access. Cabin was convenient and well maintained. Issue were that bath towels were not in great condition and listing daid there were two bathrooms and there was only one.

Hunting Trip

Went with a family member and my dog on a hunting trip. Phenomenal place to stay. Set back from the road to provide privacy and peace of mind for the safety of my dog. Easy access to local hunting spots. The cabin was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Minutes from Buck Rub, Full Send, Young’s, and Rainbow Bar & Grill. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again.

July 4th

Booked a fairly last minute stay for the holiday and were very pleased with the house. It was very clean and in a great location. We had our dog with us and there was a nice yard for her to play in. Jeff the owner was very responsive with any questions we had pre or during the stay. They do ask you to take your trash with you which was a first for us but otherwise it was a great experience and would recommend it to other couples and those with a dog.

disappointed

website said three bedrooms (there was one bedroom and a loft).website said two bathrooms (there was one bathroom). website said washing machine, but the washing machine said "not for guests".website said ice maker but there was just a small refrigerator/freezer. Some kitchen cabinet drawers had what appeared to be mice "droppings". Cabin was shut up and extremely hot. Owner came and put in a small window air conditioner in the bedroom window, but the person sleeping in the loft spent much of the night on the sofa in the living room.

Great location!

Went up for the weekend and this was a great little spot. The location was right between the two spots we were headed in Pittsburgh and Colebrook. The check-in was easy. The cabin was clean and the property was nice. Had a view of the Connecticut River. The only downfalls were that I thought I was paying for 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with washer and dryer. However it was 3 beds (one bedroom, one loft) and one bath. It did have a washer and dryer but it had a note that it wasn’t for guest use so we didn’t use it. The living room had one couch and could have used another chair or something to sit on. We sat 3 on the couch and one sat in the loft or at the kitchen table when we turned on the tv while we waited for the rain to stop. We also weren’t as close to the ATV trail as we thought. If it were winter it was right on a snowmobile trail. I would definitely rent here again when we come up! Thanks!
