Looking for a seaside getaway? We have the perfect solution for you! We present this new holiday home, just freshly built! It is ideally located just a stone's throw from the Aber Benoit and close to the sea.



The Space:

It features a cosy living room with a charming view of Aber Benoit, perfect for relaxing after a sunny day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, allowing you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy together.

Also on the ground floor is an elegant and comfortable master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a shower room for complete privacy.

A separate toilet completes this level.



Upstairs, you will find a large mezzanine area perfect for relaxing with board games, a desk area and sea views, ideal for working remotely, for example.

This space leads to a bathroom and two spacious bedrooms, one of which has two twin beds (80 x 190 cm) that can also be converted into a queen-size bed, and the other has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).

Perfect for accommodating a whole family or a group of friends.



Outside, you will be able to enjoy a pleasant terrace, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers, to enjoy the sun, have your meals outdoors or simply relax with a refreshing drink.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
