The property is in a great location and we had a nice time overall, but it could use some attention. One comforter was dirty, a couple of the TV remotes were missing batteries (or completely dead), the porches were dirty, there were cobwebs in the skylights, and three smoke alarms had dead batteries. A deep clean and regular maintenance would make a big difference. The cabin definitely has potential to be a nice place for a family vacation.

Our team responded promptly during the stay to refresh the porches removing seasonal pollen and address any concerns. All smoke alarms are on a routine inspection schedule and were checked to confirm they are functioning properly.The comforter had been freshly laundered; while occasional discoloration may remain after washing, we promptly provided an additional clean comforter with a new replacement to ensure everything was comfortable. We truly care about providing a wonderful stay and look forward to welcoming guests to enjoy a peaceful, well-cared-for cabin getaway.

The cabin was very nice and good location, but if they need a little more cleaning, the curtains in the bathrooms were dirty too much dust, the grill did not heat up enough to make a roast beef, but the rest of the cabin was very comfortable.

We stayed several nights at the cabin in Pigeon Forge. The cabin is in a great location. You get privacy but still stay close to the main strip. The cabin was clean, my kids loved the game room, and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!
