The LARGEST Weekly Rental in all of North Clearwater Beach! Two houses (or a 1min walk) to the BEACH!

Totally renovated from the ground up- The Triplex is clean and beautifully maintained. It consists of three units: Main House- 4 Bed (King, King, Queen, Queen) / 3 Baths (2 Ensuite and 1 Shared), Upper Unit - 2 Bed (Queen, Queen) / 1 Bath; Lower Unit - 2 Bed (King, Queen) / 1 Bath. Great dedicated (per unit) and shared (only with this listing) outdoor areas and a new beautiful pool with a child friendly wading area. The property is beautifully landscaped!

In total, there are 8 total bedrooms (3 King and 5 Queen) which can accommodate up to 16 people. The property is located in a quaint quiet residential neighborhood close to all of the great activities that Clearwater Beach has to offer! Down the street, the new McKay Park offers a playground and 6 pickleball courts!

The property is not reserved until the first payment is made.

Given the property sits in a residential neighborhood, it may not be utilized for parties (bachelor, etc) or events. Loud music is prohibited and quiet hours (10pm to 8am are strictly enforced in the neighborhood).

Our property is located approximately 90 minutes from Disney World, MGM, and Sea World; and 45 minutes form Busch Gardens. AND, our property is located just 10 minutes from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium - home of the famous dolphins Winter and Hope!

Family fun at the beach

We had the best time. The house accomodated our large group beautifully. These was space to spead out. Parking was 1 car on one side, and we were able to park 1 fullsize truck, 1 van and a full size suv on the side street. The pool was great, could not keep the kids our if it. We grilled a couple of times. Having the grill included was certainly a plus. The beach was so close, 2 minute walk, very private, not a lot if people. We saw dolphins and a manatee, as well as several birds and a sea lion. As far as amenities, there were beach chairs, a wagon, 2 beach umbrellas, toys for kids and more. Full size shampoo, conditioner and bath soap in each shower. Plenty of Toiletpaper, papertowels, trashbags to get started. Spices in the kitchen for basic cooking. We were supplied with lots of pool towels as welk as towels for showering. Had 2 washer and dryers available for use. The host suggested several restaurants and bars, we went to 2, Marina Cantina and Frenchy' s grill. Both were very good. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. Only regret was that we had to leave.

Amazing Location

This was our second stay at this location. It has been remodeled since our first visit and the property is amazing. We had 11 adults and four children and there was plenty of room for everyone. It’s nice having the apartments so the little ones can nap when necessary and the main house is large enough for everyone to gather for meals or game night. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but only a short five minute drive to restaurants and shopping. The beach is only a short walk away and was one of the places we spent most of our time, very private and beautiful. The other place we spent most of our time was the pool. It was nice after spending time at the beach to just come back and relax in the pool. The hosts are very responsive, if you have a question or concern, they respond right away and make sure your stay is amazing. Would definitely recommend this property, can’t wait for our third visit to the triplex.

Awesome property, perfect for large group

We were gathering to celebrate mom's 80th birthday, total of 11 people ranging in age from 11 to 80 and we rented the entire property. Perfect for our group to gather in the "main house" for meals and conversation, close to the beach and convenient to the shops/restaurants in the more populated area of Clearwater Beach but far enough away that the nearby beach was sparsely populated. Everything on the property was "like new" and the pool was perfect for the younger kids when they had enough beach time. Hosts were excellent and easy to communicate with --- we had no issues during the stay, but they checked in to see if all our needs were met and were there if we needed anything. Would higlhy recommend and will go back if our travel takes us back to Clearwater Beach!

The stay was very relaxing. Plenty of room. Pool very clean. Pool toys, wagons and chairs very helpful. Lots of pool chairs, loungers all around pool. Grill was great and totally worry free due to gas piped in. Pool towels everywhere.

Possibly the most beautiful vrbo we have ever stayed in

Just wow! What a pristine beach home. The layout is absolutely perfect for multiple families. Everyone can have their own space, keep their own food, then gather together at the pool for fun. A literal walk away from the beach, they had all the chairs, wagons, umbrellas, and sand toys we needed for the perfect day on the sand. Also had an abundance of beach towels which is always appreciated! This home is absolutely gorgeous, and the beach is stunning. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this beach home because of it's amazing location, cleanliness, darling decor, and set up.

Great house!

We had a big group and everyone loved being able to stay together in one property. We ate meals at home in the well equipped kitchen, walked to the inlet for sunrise, walked to the beach multiple times a day (we didn’t miss a sunset!) and swam in the pool. The house is in a fabulous quiet location. We were even able to walk to Caladesi Island - which is breathtaking! When we had a question, the owner, Ryan, was quick to respond! Great stay - highly recommend!

Perfect haven

This house was perfect for our gathering of a few families coming together, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach of Clearwater, was the perfect retreat for our spring break. From leisurely morning walks along the beach, to the spacious pool area, every moment at this house felt like a slice of paradise. We were delighted to find the house thoughtfully stocked with beach chairs and towels, making our beach outings a breeze. The convenience of having these essentials provided truly enhanced our experience. Inside, the main house and the upper and lower casitas exuded a sense of cleanliness and comfort. Equipped with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to grilling amenities, it felt like a home away from home with friends adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. The hosts were responsive and quick to answer questions prior to arrival. We all loved the space and would recommend this wonderful property

Family Beach Reunion

Multiple family members used all three units - perfect for couple with toddler to have private unit, lots of privacy and yet accommodates a large group very well. Perfect distance from the beach. Well stocked kitchen and grill, plenty of pool chairs, beach gear/toys. Peaceful and quiet and still very close to the popular restaurants and shopping.

Great location

Easy communication, great location, fantastic pool. Ryan was very responsive. Main kitchen was extremely well equipped. The beach was RIGHT THERE and so full of incredible shells!

Amazing time!!

You cannot beat this property! It is perfect for a large group. Everyone gets their own privacy. The pool is amazing and only a few steps to the beach! Having beach chairs, a cooler, a beach cart and wagon, umbrellas…this house has you all set up!! It was perfect for our group travels to see the Eagles play the Buccaneers and to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday! We all had the best time and everyone had nothing but great things to say about the property. Everything was perfect and clean! Ryan and Amy were extremely helpful and great to work with. We will definitely be back!

Great property! Very responsive property managers!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had three families - mine (myself, husband and daughter (11)), my parents and our friends (two adults, two kids (14 and 11)). The parents stayed in the main property, my parents in the bottom unit and the kids had their own "apartment" in the top unit! They loved having their own space so much, and we were comfortable having them stay there as the property is very private, in a nice quiet neighborhood. We walked to the beach every day as it was very close to the property, and walked/ran around the neighborhood every day as well. It was very close to many restaurants and the downtown area. We really didn't have any issues at all, but a minor item during our stay was addressed ASAP. The property manager, Ryan, was wonderful and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Check out was very easy. 5 stars all around!
