4 Bed 2 Bath House on a 1/3-acre corner lot 2100 square feet sleeps 12. Parking for 10 cars. 6 miles to Madeira Beach, 1 hr. 30 min to Disney World and 30 min to Busch Gardens Tampa.

We started renting our house as a vacation home since Memorial Day Weekend 2021. We strive to continue our 5 Star rating.

When comparing Vacation Homes, look at and compare what you desire most. As you compare other homes, here are some things that we have that others may not:

- SQ225 143,00 BTU Pool Heater. Largest Heating BTU's for Private Pool.
Many of those will not heat their pool accurately. Ours is new, and SQ means super quiet.

1. Private playground with numerous swings/slide/rock climbing wall/bridge. Adult Supervision at all times and use at own risk.
2. Large heated saltwater pool. We have a lot of pool floaties and pool games. Please check with us prior to your arrival to see if you need to pack anything extra.
3. Large pergola with rattan seating for 10+ and 55-inch Samsung Smart TV. we also have seating for 6 around ping pong table.
4. Outdoor regulation basketball hoop (can adjust for kids).

Spring Break 2024 Family Trip

We had an excellent time in Pinellas Park. The neighborhood was great, grocery shopping near by and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, excellent back yard with the pool and other activities for the kids. Very reasonable driving distance to lots of good swimming beaches also. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to be in this area!

Great place, great communication

We loved how many things this house had to keep our kids busy, and it’s close to a lot of amenities also. But most of all, when I did have questions, the host was very fast at answering them for me. That is a huge plus in my opinion.

Great Vacation Spot

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It is conveniently located to everything you need. The backyard is where we adults and kids spent almost all of our time, it has everything you could possibly need for all ages. There were a few small hiccups when we checked in but property manager Sarah and Braydon were very communicative, kind, and helpful. Everything was sorted out quickly and they kept in touch to make sure our stay was going well. I so appreciate the level of care.

Father Son Football trip!

The pictures for this property do no justice. We stay here for a football trip 4 Fathers 4 sons ages 7-11 we all had a blast. This property has everything you need it felt like home! I highly recommend this property. Checking out part was very difficult sadly no one wanted to leave. I would book again.

The neighborhood is a safe quite place. The home is on a large corner lot with a huge backyard with plenty amenities to entertain for. hours.

Large yard with endless outdoor activities. It is unique in that it comes with a commercial size bounce house and basketball hoop inside with double slides to go into pool or not. It would cost $300/Day just to rent this bounce house for a party. You can play soccer/ping pong/ basketball, baseball with the kids/ croque/ corn hole/little putting green/ badminton/ play on the large playground with rock climbing wall for kids and a bridge/slide/tire swing and so much more. You also have the ability to have a movie night outside while swimming in the large saltwater pool. Don't forget the smores in the fire pit. The massage chair in the house has numerous settings and can put you in zero gravity. 85 inch theater tv and theater recliners with Keff surround sound speakers. You wont regret renting this house for your family vacation. We look forward to meeting you all and getting to know your family.
