Both the bedroom and the living room have doors that open to the patio with gas BBQ, so you can enjoy the ocean breeze all day long.

You have elevator access, and then there is a flight of stairs up to this condo.

You have filtered water in the entire condo so there’s no need to buy bottled water.

As you walk through the lushly landscaped resort to head down the steps to the beach, the first place you’ll pass is the heated pool and the bar/restaurant where you can book all your Cabo activities while having food and drinks and meeting new friends.

Besides the pool, 2 beaches, 2 restaurants, and a well-stocked convenience store, you have access to several great restaurants (with amazing views) on this east point of Cabo San Lucas Bay!

In fact, within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find yourself at two of the highest-rated restaurants in Cabo, Sunset Mona Lisa, and Manta at The Cape Hotel.

The grounds of Misiones are lushly landscaped with grass and flowers making for beautiful views in every direction along with several species of songbirds and hummingbirds.

Our private swimming/snorkeling beach makes for a relaxing day WITHOUT SOLICITORS like you will encounter at Medano Beach. We provide you with beach towels, chairs, and umbrella.

The Palapa swim up pool bar and restaurant serves very reasonably priced food and drinks, starting with breakfast. They serve delicious 'All You Can Eat' dinners for only about $10 USD per person 2x/week.

There is an onsite mini-market (with shaded outdoor seating) with a variety of groceries, including beer and a good selection of wine and liquor.



Misiones is a gated community with 24/7 security and is a very safe. Guests who stay here come back again and again, as its location is one of the very best in Cabo.

Located on the first point at the East end of Bahia de Cabo San Lucas (Cabo San Lucas Bay), less than two miles from downtown Cabo…it’s close enough to enjoy all it has to offer, far enough away to avoid solicitors and crowds.

Right before you arrive at Misiones there is an upscale grocery store called Fresko with a great selection of imported and specialty foods, fresh bakery, coffee drinks, along with a great variety of wines and liquor. They even have English speaking helpers there.

Costco, Walmart and other shopping are only a few minutes away. And you have a choice of several restaurants within walking distance, including the famous "Sunset Da Mona Lisa", "Sunset Point Pizza Lounge" , "Taittenger's" Champagne and Oyster Bar, Manta at the Cape hotel, and Puerta Vieja (live entertainment), which all offer spectacular Land's End and Cabo City Lights Views.
