We are located just off of Crowchild and have easy access to any part of the city. Downtown is only a short drive away (10 minutes) and we have a Calgary Transit stop just outside of our unit.
* **Seasonal Air Conditioning:** Calgary is at a high elevation, and air conditioning is installed seasonally only during the summer months. * **Sleeper Sofa:** If you require the use of the sleeper sofa, please let us know in advance. We will provide instructions and leave out extra linens for your group. * **Registration Number:** BL241950 Due to COVID restrictions we can not accept ANY guest that is not listed in the original booking. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without refund if other non-registered/listed guests are on the property. Unregistered guest is anyone over the number originally requested in your booking. If you book for 3 and show up with 6, there are 3 unregistered guests. Failure to process payment in a timely manner will result in immediate termination of the rental and no refund will be given for any partial funds paid. Tampering with any of the safety equipment (ie smoke/CO detectors, noise/humidity monitors, security cameras) around the unit will result in a $250 charge and can result in immediate termination of booking without refund. Quiet hours after 10 pm. Noise complaints can result in cancellation of booking. Pets allowed with fee ($75) All units are strictly NON-SMOKING. Violation of this rule will result in remediation charges which vary with the amount of work required to repair the unit. Smoking or burning of any substance will incur additional fees as per the smoking cleaning fee. We require a copy of government issued photo ID to be sent to the host. If you are unwilling to provide ID, we will not issue check in instructions and may cancel the booking without refund. Parties and events are strictly prohibited at all properties. Violation of this house rule will result in cancellation of your booking with no refund and may incur additional fees to clean and repair the unit. There are cameras mounted on the exterior of the house and in the entry area. Our cleaning policy is based on a courteous guest (one who generally leaves the space as they found it:) If our cleaning team discovers an unreasonable mess after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 at our sole decision. Guests agree that the host will be given the opportunity to correct any deficiency with the unit in a reasonable time period. Late check out is only provided when approved in writing in advance of the checkout date. If authorized, late check out is 11:30 PM. If we authorize a late check out, there will be a $29 fee. A same day late check out request will incur a fee of $49 if authorized before 10:00 AM. An unauthorized late checkout will incur a $149 late check out fee. Late checkout is considered being in the property 30 minutes after checkout time. Two hours after the checkout time you will be billed for an additional day. This does not constitute occupancy for the remainder of that day. Should you fail to check out beyond two hours after the check out time, you will be responsible for any cost occurred in accommodating other guests and any resolution associated with the subsequent booking. If rules are not followed resulting in the cancellation or accommodation of any kind for a subsequent guest, you are responsible for these losses and fees associated with the refund/cancellation or accommodation of any other booking. You agree to book in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property or the reputation of the host or his business because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by the Channel or the host in the event that a violation of the host`s rules occur.

Perfect for a weekend to Calgary
This place is perfect for a weekend getaway. We were 3 adult couples and have used this place a couple times and it’s perfect. Comfortable beds and clean with enough essentials for a weekend visit. Wish you could just go to the VRBO app to do Checkin don’t like the email approach as there are so many scams that come via emails.

Great location
We had a great stay. Location was fantastic. Easy to get anywhere. The only drawback is the streets are quite noisy. However, the noise didn’t bother us, inside. That is the price you pay for a great location. Also, when we had questions they were answered promptly.

Loved our stay in this property! The owner was very accommodating as well. It was a smooth check in for me as the instructions of the owner was accurate. The house was really modern, looked aesthethic, and every part of the house was gorgeous. The house was a lot more spacious in person than what I thought. Everything that we need was there as well. Thank you for having us!

Wedding/Family Staging Ground
We rented this home to provide a place where our family could stay comfortably while preparing for and attending our daughter's wedding in Calgary. Home was spacious for 6 adults, had a dedicated closed door work space for one person to be "at work" for two days prior to the event and all 6 adults to have sleep spaces and bathrooms to function easily. Only slight downside was busy traffic but not too noisy.

Very clean and spacious but hard beds.
Very clean and very good location for locations we were visiting easy check in and easy to get ahold of host! Only complaint is beds are super hard memory foam and really tall pillows. My family and I left with sore necks and backs. If you use the couch, pull out bed or futon it’s much more comfortable. Would consider saying again if beds were more comfortable

Convenient Place in Southwest Calgary
Nice unit that easily accommodated 5 adults. Well equipped with coffee, tea, spices and toiletries. Communication with owner was excellent. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby, though not within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. Only negative is lack of a/c. Speaking with local relatives, that seems to be typical. Apparently, a/c is not very prevalent in Calgary. Check-in procedure requires Identity verification. Overall, a great place. We enjoyed our stay.

Great rental
We stayed with 2 other couples as we were attending an event at Grey Eagle. Location was awesome a short $20 Uber drive to the event Center. Lots of parking as we had 3 vehicles with no issues finding parking. House was well stocked with everything you needed for cooking or morning coffee.Beds were very comfortable. Owners were very good for getting info in a timely matter. Only issue was the Checkin email as the Checkin procedure as there is just so many scams so wasn’t sure about using the link so I went into the VRBO app and found the link. Wish check out was a little later like 11 instead of 10am as we felt a little rushed getting out.

Modern, clean, central!
Very nice unit, modern, clean, easy access, central located to where we wanted to be. Beds seemed a little firm but still comfortable. Furniture in living room pretty firm, could be comfier for hanging out time, which is why we rent a VRBO for a group of girls. Parking is on a busy street, but there was always room to park and is close to unit, just had to watch for traffic. Check in was easy, communication good. Only thing missing for us was a “regular” coffee maker, did not attempt to figure out the fancy one there! (Maybe leave instructions?) Also recommend a larger trash for the kitchen. Overall would recommend this unit, great “sisters weekend” stay!
