Peaceful Large Home for Getaways or Family Gatherings

Entire house for people who like lots of space, for two sets of adults.

Master bedroom with king bed, Roku TV, table and chairs, walk-in closet, nightstands, and power strip for your phones.
Master bath off of king bedroom includes separate garden tub and shower, shelves with towels, bubble bath, hand soap, hand towel, bath towels and wash clothes. Hazed glass windows for 100% privacy while allowing wonderful lighting.

Huge Great Room with 55" TV with Roku. Kids games in entertainment center. Loveseat and couch are very comfortable. Tough end tables for holding your drinks.
Big 6 person bar-height kitchen table and chairs. Lots of materials for place settings for everyone. Additional dining capacity at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, Cuisinart microwave, electric range and coffee bar.
Many utensils - we tried to think of everything.
The coffee bar has a TANKLESS (much more sanitary) Keurig coffee maker with several types of coffees. Multiple types of creamers in mini-creamer containers for added cleanliness. Sugar packets included as well. Coffee cups provided.

2nd Adult bedroom (after the master) has king size bed (2 twin XL put together to make a king), 32" Roku TV, walk-in closet, shoe tying chair, nightstands, indirect lights, and power strip with USB charger integrated.



Outdoor motion lights to light your way.

No keys - we use the August Lock for added security. We have 100% control and no one can ever make a copy of the keys because we don't hand them out!!!

Lots of parking - on site.

It’s always a good time at this trailer. Quiet little neighborhood, population 244. So make sure you have all you need before you go. No stores close, have to travel to San Saba for groceries or anything like that.

What a great place to kick back, rewind and get away from it all. Plenty of space inside and out with all the amenities one could need. Great communication with host. Checked all of our boxes in our time of need.

Very Peaceful

Amazing curb side appeal, grass was cut and exterior of home was very nice. Check-in was quick and convenient ( no keys, just a easy code ) Mr & Mrs Winter live very close so anything that is needed is there in 5mins or less they sure go above an beyond to make sure everything needed is there for guests. Most definitely would reccomend anyone thats in the area to go and enjoy this quite, homey double wide trailer. We will be seeing yall same time next year!! Thank yall so much for the amazing experience in your home and yalls great hospitality.

The best vacation home!!

We had the best time in this house! We had 5 adults and it was more than enough space. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well stocked! The owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome in their home, they provide a fully stocked coffee bar, some things to snack on in the kitchen, and the bathrooms have items that you may have forgotten. Such nice touches! The beds are so comfortable, I slept better there than I do at home! Our men were hunting in Richland Springs and the house was in the perfect location for us ladies to go shopping in Waco, San Saba, and Fredericksburg! We will definitely be back.

Nice comfy house / poor neighborhood

The owner needs to highlight that the property is located in a poor neighborhood and there is no way to walk around it. During the day, there are many unleashed dogs from different houses and at night coyotes.

San Saba county's best kept secret

What a gem! We were watching the sun rise on the back porch and the sun set on the front porch. Great setup, very clean, and all of us enjoyed the proximity to everything (hunting for the dads, playgrounds for the kids and shopping for us moms). The owner was super responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely book it again!

We had a great experience here. The owners were so very nice and friendly. We are from Louisiana and had to evacuate due to a hurricane destroying our city and they were the most kind people and offered to help us however they could. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet and clean! 10/10 recommend

Richland Springs is a small town with not very many options for overnight stays so we were really excited to see a new rental available in the area as we come in every couple of months to visit family. The area and neighbors are nice and quiet which is nice when coming from the Austin area to enjoy a relaxing weekend with family. The app the property owner uses for the front door is super easy to use and convenient. We stayed with our brother and sister in law along with our two year old. We both had a dog with us and the fenced in part of the back yard was great for them. The house seemed very well kept and extremely clean. The house was decorated so well and had everything we needed. Again, so happy to see a new rental available in the area. We will book here every time we are in town! 10/10 recommend!

This was a super clean house and we found that there was NO WHERE to stay in this little town. We wanted to make a community resource for graduations, alumni banquets, hunting season and so much more.

Lots of activity in the old hills of San Saba county - hunting - top tier coffee making - and so much more - but visitors can't stay nearby.
