Classified as 3 * furnished tourist accommodation, the Kaz Lao has been designed to provide you with all the necessary comfort during your stay.
Particular care has been taken in the decoration of the house so that you can feel at home there.

On the ground floor, you can park one or two vehicles, and a visitor car park offers a few additional places nearby.
Located on the first floor of the building, the Kaz Lao is an upper duplex villa with a total surface area of ​​180m2 which can accommodate up to 10 travelers, a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children.
It has two very large verandas.
The one at the front, in the extension of the kitchen, offers a lounge area and a dining area equipped with garden furniture.
The rear one is an extension of the living room and offers a nice view of the heights of the island.
The living room inside also has a living room and a dining area.
The kitchen is furnished and equipped, with both household appliances and small equipment.
On the 1st level is the day area with the kitchen, living room, dining room and a small office space.
The sleeping area is separated with 2 bedrooms equipped with 160 beds and dressing room, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
On the 2nd level are a 1st bedroom with 160 bed and wardrobe, a 2nd extra bedroom with 2 90cm beds in storage (only donated to children).
A large relaxation room (library, games room ...) has an extra bed for 2 (160 sofa bed).
At this level there is finally another small office space as well as a 2nd bathroom with bathtub and separate Wc.

The 3 adult bedrooms as well as the relaxation room are air-conditioned. Only the extra room for children is not equipped with air conditioning. The living room and the dining room have ventilators.

Note that this is a fully independent villa top. Although people live on the ground floor of the house, the accommodation and its veranda are not shared. For your privacy and comfort, they are entirely reserved for you. Only the access to the parking lot on the ground floor remains shared.
