On the upper floor of a fully renovated 90s house, lulled by the sound of the southern swell, embark on a stay with salty flavours, just steps from the lagoon.

At the Kaz Trou d\'Eau, you will see life in blue for a 100% comfort, 100% relaxation stay.

Its setting, developed with feng-shui principles, is soothing and pleasant to live in.

The central living area combines the warmth of wood with the soft colours of the lagoon.

- 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub, the 2 beds can be pushed together to form a large double bed
- 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed and an Italian shower
- 1 small lounge open to a relaxation area on slatted wood overlooking a small garden
- 1 toilet

Upstairs:
- 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed and an Italian shower, opening onto a south-facing terrace of 19 m².

Outside:
- 1 dining area
- 1 barbecue
- 1 parking space in front of the house

The entire house, its garden and its facilities are exclusively reserved for you.

Its decoration reflects the marine spirit with the choice of driftwood and ropes for its furniture.

The living area also distributes the different spaces of the house.

Slide the wooden shutters on their rail to access the two rooms offering you a nice view of the Saint-Leu coast.

One adapts to your needs as a storage space, a children\'s playroom, or an office.

The other is an additional bedroom with a convertible sofa bed and a dressing room for two people.

Both have a nice view of the southern slope of the island.

The bathroom combines wood and modern materials with the colours of the seabed for total relaxation.
The toilet is separate.
The double bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed (160) and a large dressing room offers a nice view towards the south and Saint-Leu.

Please note that this is an upper villa and that people occupy the ground floor of the house.

However, the entrance, the garden and the accommodation remain entirely independent and are not shared with other people.

For your privacy and comfort, they are reserved exclusively for you.

Unfortunately, this accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (prm).

Please also note that the accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 06 people.

Any organisation of parties, receptions of guests or events is strictly prohibited.

Professional photo reports and video shootings are possible only under certain conditions.

You need to contact us beforehand to obtain authorisation.

Pets are not allowed.
