Are you looking for a comfortable getaway in the beautiful Ozarks? Look no further than The Big Chill at Table Rock Lake! Our charming condo by the lake will feel like your home away from home, making you want to come back time and time again. So bring your family or your friends, and come to experience the wonderful place we call home.

It's right by Table Rock Lake in Holiday Island. There is free wifi and a smart TV available, a grill and outdoor seating, and cozy furniture. Come enjoy the marina and world-class golf courses! It's 15 min to Eureka Springs, 33 min to Turpentine Wildlife Rescue, 35 min to Dogwood Canyon, and 1 hr Silver Dollar City. Pool use requires a day pass. It's $6 per person.
No trailers allowed, NOT to be parked as per covenants/restrictions of Holiday Island.

Property was great for pets and the location was perfect for us. Only issue is the cleaning staff must have been rushed as there was coffee from the previous stay in coffee pot, bed was rumpled. - like it hadn’t been remade, and there was damp laundry in the washing machine.

We loved our stay. Very quaint and clean cozy. Nice view and very convenient to Eureka Springs and Roaring River and lake. I give it a 10 but did not like the pet policy of having to keep my dog off furniture. I feel like when you bring your dog and your dog is used to being on furniture at home then it should feel at home on vacation as well. Either a place is pet friendly or it’s not. Just my opinion. But the place is great for a getaway and the host Aspen was great!

Just okay

House was very nice but the beds were uncomfortable to the point that two people had to sleep in the living room. Most of the dishes were dirty with food still on them. Door lock didn't work properly...the property managers did address but not as timely as I would prefer. Coffee maker didn't work and washer/dryer was interesting. Overall everything was nice but some things I feel would make the stay nicer like just having clean dishes and batteries in stuff.

Amazing

We enjoyed our stay so very much. Would recommend this host and property to anyone. There were 5 of us. Me my son, daughter, her wife and my granddaughter. There was plenty of places to sleep comfortably. That was a must and they nailed it.

Great location & cute place

It was a very relaxing location with a great deck. There are stairs to get down to front door and stairs for 2nd bedroom. It was very comfortable and clean with games also supplied. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful view, gate for the deck so the kids could play outside and I didn't have to worry about them, comfortable beds. Remotes didn't work in the upstairs bedroom but we were so exhausted from traveling that we didn't need them.

Found pill and needle casings

This is a pure honest review with no defamation. The host doesn’t want the details shared considering my review was deleted but I did not enjoy my stay and will leave it at that. I did not enjoy the communication with the host or the cleanliness of the condo.

Aspen is amazing. It’s been a reeeeally long time since we’ve had such a communicative and attentive host. The property was exactly as described — it is super cute with thoughtful touches. The area is lovely. We 100% recommend.

Eureka Springs First Timers

We chose this location because of its proximity to Eureka Springs, but also the offerings of the property. The neighborhood is super quiet and very clean. The lake is a short walk away and lovely. My family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. The property was very clean and accurate to the listing. It was spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens. No one was crowded which is always a plus! Things to note: 1. The water does have a lot of calcium in it, so if you have picky water drinkers - bring your own gallons. 2. The bridge to/from Eureka Springs side is under construction, so it is worth the drive around it to avoid it. (As of 10/20/24.) 3. If you stay here, take the short drive to Stateline BBQ because it was FANTASTIC! 4. If you have littles or little dogs, bring a gate to block the stairs. Bonus: There are ample pillows and blankets which was so nice!

Cute and clean!

We loved this place! Very clean and very nicely decorated! Make sure you turn the porch light on before you leave if it'll be dark out before you return, the steps are a little tricky in the dark! The french press was a nice touch, as was the included games and books! Definitely recommend!

Chill Hideaway

It was a fun and cheery little house! We had a great time! There is a pack and play provided which makes the night time a little safer for tiny tots upstairs because the railing is a little wide between rungs. Everything was convenient, the layout was nice and open, and we enjoyed the multiple porches for outdoors time at the house
