The space
The Narrows Villa is an 1848 sq ft luxury apartment-style villa located directly in Springdale— the gateway town into Zion National Park.

The Narrows Villa is brand new and opened in June of 2020 as part of the ongoing development of LaFave resort at Zion.

The Narrows Villa features modern design and has 3 bedrooms and can sleep 4-10 guests.

It has 3 full bathrooms with walk-in tile showers with European glass doors.

The home features a brand new full size kitchen with stainless Bosch appliances and granite countertops and a beautiful quartzite island bar.

The living room features a dining table, Smart TV, and a queen sofa bed. A full size washer/dryer is included.

This unit also features a bonus/game room in the terrace level.

The private covered patio with grill offers stunning views of the soaring red sandstone cliffs of Zion.

Perfect spot

This property was fantastic in all aspects. The location within Springdale couldn't be better. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the bus top right outside our door.

Great place to stay in Springdale!

Pre-arrival communication with the property manager was very good. She sent all necessary info in a timely manner. Check in and check out were very convenient and contactless. The property was very nice and as described. The place seemed new and was clean. The downstairs game room and two queens worked out perfectly for my daughter, her husband, and two small kids. The two upstairs bedrooms were just what we needed. Bathrooms were great, especially the nice showers with good water pressure. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the equipment we needed. We used the pool and hot tub and enjoyed both. The view from the pool was spectacular. The location of the property was very close, within walking distance, of several restaurants. Parking was very convenient to the unit where we stayed. All in all a very nice place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Zion Condo with Pool

The location was perfect, the ease of check-in & check-out was awesome and the unit itself was everything that was advertised. We used the pool and hot tub on property for refreshing our hot bodies and soothing sore muscles. This is a great spot for six or more adults with lots of space to spread out. The ease of access to everything in Zion and the town of Springdale made it easy if some wanted to do one thing and others another. The shuttles were easy to use and space was usually available (first run of the morning usually filled but another was soon behind). Thank you for making our visit so worry free and comfortable!
