Newly remodeled apartment with 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, a spacious & modern living area, FREE private parking and plenty of FREE street parking. This apartment has 10 beds and can accommodate 14+ guests. Minutes to Downtown, McCormick Place, and popular attractions. Walking distance to stores and many great restaurants.

The home was beautiful and clean. The communal space is smaller so this is PERFECT if you don’t plan to stay in much because there are lots of places to sleep!

Great location!

This property worked out great for our needs. We were in town for Metallica and a baseball game. Property accommodated sleeping arrangements for many…exactly what we needed as we were not in the property much. Ricobene’s very close and open late for food. Safe walk from Sox park. We would stay here again.

Clean, Updated, and Convenient VRBO

Excellent VRBO for those with large groups! The host was responsive and allowed us to have early checkin and luggage storage! The location was ideal for people who don’t mind a 10 minute walk to the subway or quick 10 minute ride to downtown Chicago. Safe neighborhood in Chinatown. Would recommend to anyone staying in Chicago!

We were a big group of 12 adults and loved the stay. Yes it is a bit tight but it’s a good compromise for all the bedrooms. We will def stay again if in the city.

Great location to easily access McCormick Place

This apartment was clean, well supplied with necessities, and was a great location to easily access the city. Quite and safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect Stay near Chinatown

We had some technical issues checking in but the host was very responsive and helpful! Other than that we had a great stay and the property was spacious and close to public transportation.

Excellent!

Location was amazing! Place was spotless clean! Really loved our stay. We were 12, 11 adults and 1 child under 3. And it was great, everyone had their own bed. We will be staying here in our next trip!

Unsafe Staircases & Checkng In & Out

The staircase leading into the property is uneven and steep. A member of my group fell down the stairs and ended up in the emergency room with 6 stitches and a broken wrist. The staircase leading into the actual apartment was no better. It was a steep winding staircase that also had uneven stairs…Furthermore, there were only 2 televisions within the 5-bedroom, 1 sitting room apartment. (And only one of the T.V.’s worked) The check in time was at 3pm. We arrived at 2:50 and had to wait in the hallway until 3pm exactly for the doors to unlock. The checkout time was at 11am…..THE OWNER KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR AT 10:28 to say that someone was there to clean the room, and when would we be ready to leave….oh and may I add that I looked out of the window at 9am on the morning of check-out….and the owner was sitting in his car looking back up at me....

Great place near Chinatown

Large apartment, many rooms with plenty of space. Clean and the hosts were very available and reached out to ensure that everything was going well. Only note is that the building is close to the highway so some of the rooms are a bit noisy at night.
