Great family spot! The pool was absolutely perfect to cool off and have fan in the August heat. The pool table was a chill spot to play a game and hang out. The house was comfortable and updated. Not to mention it’s very conveniently located just up the road from all the stores you’ll need. We would definitely book again for further visits!

Great place to relax!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. We used the kitchen and pool every day. Really appreciated the washer and dryer also. House is clean and well stocked with necessities, very nice location with lots to do nearby. Mornings and evenings outside in multiple lounge areas made for great relaxing and conversation. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again if we’re in Tampa!

A wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. Ideal for outdoor evenings and days in the pool. The host was very responsive to all of our questions.

Quiet Neighborhood Close to Shopping

My family and I stayed at the property for a quick weekend getaway. The neighborhood was very quiet with friendly neighbors and it seemed like a safe neighborhood to walk in. The description was exactly what we expected and didn’t disappoint. Our fav was the pool and game room and the living room area was large enough for all of us to spread out without being too crowded. The kitchen area was stocked with everything we needed and the dining room off the kitchen had enough seating for possibly 8 or mire people. The beds were comfy and overall we really enjoyed our impromptu family trip! Tatiana was a great communicator before, during, and after the trip which was a plus!

Awesome house with an amazing host!

We had booked another Vrbo back in January and they cancelled due to a water issue. Tatiana confirmed right away that we could rent her property. It was perfect for me and my two sisters and our families! The pool is beautiful and the house has so many different areas to hang out. We had some epic game nights and pool hangouts. Tatiana responded immediately to every question and is a fantastic host! We will definitely book here for our next family reunion!

Perfect for our trip

The house had everything we needed to enjoy a week in Tampa for my son’s soccer tournament. It was about 30 minutes to the beach. The pool was awesome, my kids loved it!!

Beautiful pool home

First off, Easy check in and check out. Nice neighborhood. Fast DoorDash! House was clean and pool was amazing, lots of room for socializing, a few different places outside. Game room was fun. Close to everything Tampa, 30min from Clearwater beach. This is one of the nicer neighborhoods I’ve stayed in, in Tampa. Overall I would stay again with my family.

Nice place closer to Golf

This is a nice place and met all our needs for a golf weekend. Place was clean and roomy. One drawback is that the pool did not have a hot tub which I assumed only due to pictures.

Not Handicap Accessible

Your listing clearly stated the property was handicap accessible. As I was traveling with a friend who is confined to a wheelchair due to a bad spinal injury, we needed a property that would serve his needs. We were excited to find an accessible property in close proximity to the wedding we were attending. This property was anything but accessible. Aside from being of poor-quality or shoddy compared to previous rentals, this house had numerous steps and room transitions that limited his movement while the bathrooms were absolutely disastrous. The door widths were not sufficient to accommodate his standard wheelchair, and this required 2 of us to spend time and awkward and uncomfortable, not to mention physically demanding, moments to accommodate his needs. We made this trip work but by no means was this "as advertised" or enjoyable. Remove the label from your listing. Lastly as a long time VRBO renter, I am embarrassed and disappointed to have recommended this property to all my friends and it will likely be the last time our group trusts a listing by VRBO "as advertised".

Nice Stay in Tampa

The property in pictures looks brand new and pristine. In actuality, it has been used hard by its guests and that is evident. Beyond that, however, we did enjoy it overall. We had a group of 7; 3 kids (aged 10 to 12) and 4 adults. The beds were decent and kitchen supplies were good (only missing potholders!). The pool was fun, especially with the extra lighting added during our stay. The area was nice, and within easy distance to restaurants and stores. We visited FL for the Bucs game, and Raymond James was an easy Uber ride from here. I would recommend bringing towels as there were only ~4 bath towels, so we had to wash them frequently and stagger morning/night showers to allow everyone clean towels for their daily shower. It would be good to have at least 1 bath towel per # of people the house can accommodate. The property manager Tatiana was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Great Property For A Quick Weekend Trip

Rented house for 6 adults that attended Kenny Chesney Concert. Great outdoor patio area next to pool to drink coffee and have breakfast. Other side of house perfect space for cornhole boards by large sitting area. Was a nice Adult weekend away.

Nice place

This house was great, some friends and I stayed for a few days while in Tampa to golf and go to a Bucs game. Tatiana was super responsive and the house pretty much looked just like the pictures show. My only suggestion is to potentially add a heater to the pool in the future, the water was super cold but I'm sure it's better in the summer. Additionally, the cleaning crew wasn't quite finished when we arrived (and hour after check in) so that was a little awkward since they didn't speak English, but everything else about our stay was fantastic and we would stay there again if visiting Tampa.

Nice place!

Communication w the owner was great.. she was very responsive and even allowed us to checkin early. Our only issue was the fact we thought by the picture that the unit has a hot tub. Definitely not owners fault as i don’t think it’s in the description - we just assumed by the pool pictures that there was a Hottub. Also one of the showers in the bathroom didn’t seem to have hot water.. which was fine bc we only needed one bathroom. Other than that, super clean place - great communication.

Warm Weather Get Away

The property has potential, but for us, many things were missing. We were traveling from Wisconsin, have used VRBO before, so we have experienced a more welcoming atmosphere. Check- in and out were super easy. Tatiana was more than helpful whenever we texted or messaged her. The pool...very cold, so we couldn't enjoy it as we had hoped. We choose the property due to the pool and hot tub, (as was in the property write up) but then were told it wasn't a hot tub. Kitchen had all the pots, pans, pizza pan, but lack of silverware. Also need a pizza cutter. It isn't a home, but a rental. Not enough hand towels for the bathroom, no information on how to use the TV, no condiments, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, garbage bags, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel. Many items we purchased and left for others to use. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, but missing a few key pieces to put it over the top.

Great House and Location in Tampa

We had a great time at this house. Many things to do in the area and attractions aren't too far away either. Clean house and the Property Manager was excellent and a pleasure to work with. Pool was nice to relax in and had everything you needed in the house upon arrival. I'd definalty stay at this house again!

What is it about this home that appeals to us so much? It has a straightforward design that allows for a maximum of 10 occupants. It includes two double beds in each bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen to assist you with all of your cooking needs. The kitchen has it all. It includes a coffee machine, toaster, convection oven, and stainless steel appliances.

We want our guests' most productive days to start with drinks made in our coffee maker or blender. We also keep silverware, pots, pans, plates, mugs, bowls, and cooking tools so that we can make the best home-cooked meals. What's the point of a nice home if it doesn't have a great kitchen that's fully stocked?

The living room is extremely spacious and includes a HUGE 80 inch Smart TV. Enjoy watching all of your favorite Netflix/hulu/Amazon Prime shows after a long day at the beach.

After a stressful day at work, you may unwind on our private patio facing the beautiful screened in pool during the day and turn on the fireplace in the evening to transform the space into a more intimate setting that is ideal for romance or unwinding.
