This stunning home is situated right across the street from the lake & has a beautiful new pool. This property is surrounded by lake views to enjoy from multiple outdoor seating areas. The Bunk Haus sleeps 8 people comfortably, and we're not talking about pullout couches! The back yard has a large deck with outdoor eating space, loungers, a sitting area & a charcoal grill to enjoy when you're not in the pool. Boat ramp, fishing pier, dedicated lake swimming area & playground is less than a minute walk right outside the front door. Come experience true relaxation in your new home away from home.

Parents+ teens weekend

Very cute house. The pool and deck were nice, comfortable. Everything was clean and just as advertised. The host was prompt in communications. No complaints at all.

Luther Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at The Bunk Haus! The home was very clean and had plenty of beds for our group including 7 adults and 5 children. The pool and bunk room were big hits with my family. The fishing pier is a very short walk from the house. My grandsons had the time of the time of their lives catching fish at the pier and insisted that I fry the fish for their dinner. We would love to return to make more memories!

Look no further!

If you are reading this review then you must be considering this listing and the owners details to see if they might check most of your boxes for personal needs. I was in need of a property in the Lake Conroe area for our Son's wedding to accommodate 6 adults, 4 grandkids (ages 5-9) and a couple of fury "granddogs. My wife and I travel quite a bit, so finding properties that fit our needs/style/comfort level obviously isn't very difficult. But when I was tasked to fill this request the bar was rather high. This property ripped the cover off of it! Host was absolutely terrific to work with, everything shown and advertised beyond perfect. Home is beautifully decorated, everything you could possibly need (kitchen, baths, etc), extremely comfortable beds & bedding (very important to this traveler), outstanding bedroom space to park the grandkids all together. Backyard was absolutely perfect during the day as we watched children prior to the big event. Awesome covered dining area, beautiful new pool, just a great space to relax and exhale. I will most definitely find time to return for another stay! Many "thanks" to our wonderful host for helping to make our celebration a little less stressful and enjoyable.. So... "Look No Further" OKC

Lake weekend

Our rental experience went smooth. The home was very clean and well decorated with plenty of space. Our group had 6 adults and 3 kids and the house easily would have fit more guests. Unfortunately for us the weather wasn’t great and we weren’t able to enjoy the backyard and pool but the yard would be great for warmer months.

Overall great experience!

House was beautiful. I did think the property was right in the water. You walked a couple of minutes to a public swimming area. We loved the private pool the backyard, as well as all the extra amenities the house offered. We would definitely stay again!

Fun for the whole family

We stayed 10 days during the 4th of July. The neighborhood put on a great firework show. The lake was great and the play grounds were so much fun. The house had everything we needed and lots of space. Loved our stay.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for my son’s wedding weekend. The house was so clean and well labeled. The communication with the host was the best I’ve ever experienced with a VRBO home, and we have rented many over the years. Our only complaint was that we didn’t have enough time just to enjoy it! We were on a pretty tight schedule!

Worked well for us!

Accommodations worked well for 3 couples. Plenty of room for more, if needed. We traveled to Sam Houston Univerisity which was an easy 25 minute drive.

Great central location for all the activities our group had planned for the week. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Beautiful Lake Home

Recently spent the weekend at this home & it was exactly as described. Very clean, lots of room, walking distance to lake. Bottom floor is very wheelchair friendly too. Host was friendly and easy to stay in contact with. Neighborhood was very quiet with friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for what we were wanting however, we did think the house was RIGHT on the water. The lake is across the street and the dock area is a public dock. Still highly recommend for large groups.

Lake Conroe Access

The house was perfect for our group. The boat storage facility where we keep our boat was right around the corner which made access to the lake very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great Birthday Getaway!

The property was just as described and very clean! Plenty of room for everyone. The bunk room is adorable! The girls loved it! Plenty of space for everyone. The teens enjoyed the outside area and the lake access directly across the street. You can see the kids in the lake from the living room.

Wonderful place to stay at Lake Conroe

Excellent communication with the host, and very clean home. The entire family enjoyed it, especially the nearby swimming area! Air conditioning worked very well, just a little loud in the upstairs bedrooms. Thanks a lot for a great rental and top notch hospitality!
