Unique 2 BR Spacious Cottage

Our nicely styled cottage got its beginning as an ostrich barn so it has an unusual floor plan. Offering the privacy you need, a wonderfully cozy design and a very close location to endless days of hiking, fishing, and all kinds of wilderness. The house sits in the middle of 40 acres and is very private with no neighbors. We have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, even an air fryer. The patio has table, chairs, a BBQ grill, a Blackstone griddle and a firepit for relaxing in the evening. We are 17 from ATV trails and 4 miles from CMA headquarters. We are pretty much central to lots of fun.
We’ve just added a gazebo and hot tub for added relaxation.

We had a great stay at this comfortable cottage. It was truly set up with relaxation in mind. Loved the hot tub, comfortable theatre style love seat, and cozy bedding. We had a chance to go explore Ouachita forest which was beautiful.

Beautiful property. Enjoyed feeding the fish at the pond. The hot tub was wonderful! Very comfortable beds & linens. Well stocked with everything we could have needed. We didn’t use the fire pit so we need to go back to relax again!

This is our favorite spot to stay when we come to Arkansas. The amenities are perfect and the hosts are accommodating and so sweet! I believe this is our 4th stay and we will continue to support these wonderful people and their gorgeous property. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful property and location. The cabin and accommodations were perfect for my husband and I. The thoughtful details made the stay so welcoming and charming. We did some hiking most of the day then spent the majority of the evening on the patio and at the fire pit and the skyline is so beautiful. Highly recommend this place and Kathy was very responsive and helpful. 10/10

Would absolutely recommend the cottage, and would stay again. Pictures do not do this place justice. This place is cozy and perfect for the romantic getaway or for a family. The host were the most attentive we have ever had, they were spot on with all of their recommendations for our anniversary occasion. You truly dont need to take anything but your clothes and food. And to the host Thank you so much for making our much needed getaway rememarable at your beautiful place. Plus we saw the Northern Lights during our stay.

Great Cabin!

We loved staying here. The property is beautiful and the cabin is great! The beds were super comfy and the hot tub was awesome! The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. We ended up having a change of plans and had to leave a day early and we were so sad to leave.

My fiancé and I had an amazing stay at this property! We enjoyed having the hot tub there every evening after riding on the trails all day! It was clean and in amazing shape! Not to mention the hosts were amazing and easy to get in touch with! We will definitely be back!!

Warm and inviting - a restful haven

My family and I were impressed with how this property has been repurposed. Everything is fresh and new, and the attention to the details is impressive. The cabin is remote enough to allow space and tranquility, and yet close enough to access great hiking in the area. A true gem for whoever stays here. Highly recommended.

This property was as advertised. My family loved the hot tub and the patio for dining outside. Decorated and furnished to make you feel right at home. Games on the premises made family game night a fun time. Hosts responded quickly to all questions. Check in was a breeze.

Absolutely Beautiful

Everything was perfect. The cabin is clean and nicely decorated. The location is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching deer on the hillside. The hot tub was a perfect addition. The host was so kind and attentive to all of our needs. I definitely recommend this place to others who want a rural, quiet place to relax and unwind.

Perfect!

Amazing job in converting from ostrich shed! Super nice, comfortable and plenty of room! We enjoyed the hot tub/spa….this hot tub is like a full body massage! Makes me want one at home!! The temp was perfect so we could enjoy in the hot weather morning/evening. The bird song was unlike anything I have heard before and I spent as much time out on the comfortable patio as possible! So many small details made this amazing! The dual recliners in front of the great tv were a great place to unwind from the day! The window AC units kept the entire place nice and cool! I would definitely come back! Private, relaxing and comfortable!

Peaceful home

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay much more because we got to meet the owners of the property that showered us with their love . They took my little ones for a drive around the property to watch deers . Beautiful property , we went to watch fall colors but were disappointed as it was not yet fall in Oklahoma . We are glad we got to spend time away from the busy life

Perfect Little Get-away!

Can't brag about this property enough. We had no idea how much the Beavers Bend area has grown, and after driving through AFTER our stay, we were SOOOO very happy to get away from all of the people. The house incredibly clean, had all accommodations that we would have hoped for, and the communication with the property owners was always prompt and seamless. This was a four-hour drive for us, from North Texas, and we're already planning to make it back with the kids.Whether you're looking for a quick, romantic get-away with your significant other, or looking for a nice family retreat, this property accommodates anything you would hope for! Plenty of open land for the kids to run around on, a nice-sized pond to either sit or fish, a hot tub to lounge, a camp fire to sit and talk or make smores, a TV to sit and relax at the end of the day, and the list goes on!Can't wait to book again!

Super cute, very well decorated, everything you need to make a nice getaway! The kitchen is a small galley style so cooking meals might be a challenge but everything you need is there. Plus there is a gas grill and a blackstone on the patio. Bedrooms are good size and the bathroom is too. The living room was super spacious w/ couch, loveseat and recliner. My wife was super excited about the coffee maker that made her a nice cold brew! The outdoor patio area has some great outdoor furniture, fire pit and a hot tub. Patio lights help create a beautiful serene place to relax. There are a few deer in the area too! Great communication with the owner, note w/ plenty of places to eat/ shop in the area. Did I say how nice this place was decorated!! Wow! The owner has gone above and beyond in making this a great place to stay. Book your stay here!
