It can accommodate up to 6 people.<br><br>It includes:<br>- A living room (double sofa bed)<br>- A fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, dishes and silverware, kitchen utensils...)<br>- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (2 people)<br>- Bathroom: shower, sink, and toilet<br>- Bedroom 2: two single beds (2 people)<br>- Bathroom: bathtub, sink, washer/dryer, and toilet<br><br>+ Two balconies designated as “smoking areas,” accessible from the living room and Bedroom 2<br><br>Also included at no extra charge:<br>- 2 secure parking spaces in the residence’s basement, direct access via the elevator (Note: maximum height 1.95 m)<br>- Free Wi-Fi in the apartment<br>- Sheets and towels included for 6 people<br>- Available on-site for babies: travel crib and high chair.<br><br>PLEASE NOTE:<br>We do not provide coffee capsules, but you can find them at the Auchan supermarket located just a few meters away, in the Val d’Europe shopping center.<br><br>THE NEIGHBORHOOD:<br>Located in a brand-new neighborhood in Serris, in a quiet setting yet close to amenities.<br><br>You’ll appreciate its ideal location, less than a 10-minute walk from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine-et-Marne, “Val d’Europe,” with its many stores, the SeaLife Aquarium, and the Auchan supermarket.<br>You’ll also find “La Vallée Village—Chic Shopping Outlet” there.<br><br>DISNEYLAND PARIS: 10 minutes by bus (No. 47).
