The accommodation is composed as follows :

First floor :
- 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and large dining table
- Playroom : Children's area adjoining the living room
- A kitchen with central island and dining area, open to the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A storeroom with washing machine and tumble dryer

1/2 landing :
- Bedroom 1 : double bed (140x190) and double sofa-bed
- Bedroom 2 : a double bed (140x190) and a single bed
- Bedroom 3 : double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC

First floor :
- Bedroom 4: master suite with double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A private swimming pool (8mx4m), indoor and heated to around 28°C, available from May to October. It is entirely enclosed by picture windows. A padlock and gate for the bay window overlooking the living room reinforce security.
- A lovely 2,341 m² enclosed garden with trees includes an east-facing terrace of approx. 15 m² with garden table and a large west-facing terrace of approx. 50 m² with garden table, weber gas barbecue (grill/plancha), garden furniture, deckchairs and ping-pong table.

The house is ideally located in Verrie, in a very pleasant, quiet setting close to Saumur. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

- For your safety and that of the owners, the villa is equipped with security devices (external cameras with a view of the public highway and Vérisure alarms).
- Bed linen and towels included.
- The pellet stove is functional. For each 7-day stay, 2 bags of pellets are provided.
- Free Wifi available (fiber optics).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
