This beautiful 40m² apartment decorated and able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the 3rd floor with lift, consists of:

- Equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes/cutlery and kitchen utensils.

The residence "Central Park" is located at the foot of the slopes and less than 300 metres from shops, restaurants and all amenities.



Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:

- Sheet set: 16€ / bed

- Towel set: 12€ / person

- End-of-stay cleaning: 90€



A deposit of €500 is requested upon your arrival.

NB: Maestro cards, American Express, cheques and cash are not accepted.

The keys can be collected at the reception of our concierge service: Résidence Vacancéole Les Chalets du Verdon, Quartier Pont de Labrau, 04260 Allos. You will receive all necessary information upon confirmation of your booking.
