Spacious Mountain Chalet - 6 br - fireplace - deck

A Chalet style home that sits on a private 1.5 acres, family neighborhood, just off RT 302 in Glen it is perfectly located for all activities and attractions - 5 minutes from Story Land and Attitash Ski Resort, 15 min to Black Mountain and Cranmore Ski areas. Close to North Conway for tax-free outlet shopping.

This comfortable 2700 square foot house has six bedrooms and three bathrooms on three levels. Main level has a log fireplace with large screen TV/Roku and DVD Player and two bedrooms. A lower level family room with TV/Roku, game table, log fireplace and adjacent bedrooms and full bath make this an ideal multi family or group accommodation.

There are two large queen bedrooms and full bath on the upper level. WI-FI internet throughout. The home sleeps a total of 14 persons.

A huge deck with propane fire pit and enclosed porch make for great outdoor barbecues, and there is ample parking space. There is also a wood burning fire pit in the yard. This house is minutes away from everything the valley has to offer.
One time cleaning and linen fee $350 includes sheets, towels, set up of paper goods. Please bring your own beach towels for river and lake use.
NH Occupancy Tax will be charged

Security cameras on the outside driveway and rear entrance of the house. No cameras on deck or fire pit area. No cameras inside the house.

Put all trash on screened porch before checkout. All trash must be in the 13 gallon kitchen bags (under sink). Please no loose trash in the barrels.
Load dishwasher, turn on before leaving. Clean grill. Grease attracts bears. Helpful if you strip sheets on beds! Please put used towels in bathtubs.
If you use the fireplaces you must sweep out the cooled ashes and place in the ash cans on deck. If not swept a $50 cleaning fee will be assessed.

Amazing home so well stocked with everything you need for cooking and fun. Hosts are very nice and responsive to any questions or concerns . Property is so well kept , beds very comfortable, game room fun and games available. From old to toddler had a blast !

So many beds! This house was great for our family and had so much room. Kitchen and living room are spacious and the grill and outdoor area were great. Very clean and super close to Storyland and downtown North Conway. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying here. The house is the perfect size for a family of our size. The kitchen has been redone since our first stay. The house has six bedrooms and three full baths. Plenty of space so you don't feel crowded. There were ten of us on this trip. So much to keep the kids busy. There's a basketball hoop, cornhole and plenty of boardgames if you hit that rainy day and stay in. The house is centrally located to everything. Ten minutes downtown and a short drive to Storyland, or to the base of Mount Washington if you want to attempt the drive. The grandkids loved making smores by the firepit. We needed to get in touch with the owners while there only because the electric company was doing work on the lines outside. They are easy to get in touch with and very accessible. If you're planning a trip to the North Conway area and are a large group, I'd check this house out. We'll be back again. Looking forward to our third stay with you.

Family Get Together

Our stay was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and the check out process was minimal. The only reason I did not rate this 5 star is due to the uncomfortable beds. Other than that, the place was awesome.

Perfect location, lovely home

We absolutely loved this rental. Plenty of room for a multigenerational girl's weekend of 10 ladies, even had two unused beds!! You feel like you’re deep in the woods but are only minutes to all the action and amenities of the area. We had one small hiccup our first night but it was addressed immediately by the hosts and she even offered us a partial refund of the first night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Yearly Group Getaway

Great overall place, a little dated, but well maintained. Small yard, but plenty enough to gather. Two great firepits, and two nice decks. Very private, our group was up late almost every night and no complaints.

Great place to stay!

Renee was wonderful to work with! The house was great, it had everything we needed. Well stocked for cooking for large group. We had plenty of room for our four families! Ideally situated to all the sites and a very peaceful area! We will certainly be back !

Great family getaway!

Great family getaway. We rented the house for a family vacation. We were 9 adults and three small children. This was the perfect location for us. Check in process as super easy and the house vey clean. We had plenty of room for everyone and the ll stocked kitchen made it really easy to cook our meals and enjoy our time together as a family. Check in was super easy and we even got to check in early. Thanks so much! The location is close to N. Conway. Too bad we don’t ski. This is the perfect ski rental. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. You were great hosts.

Large Group Getaway

A group of 10 adults went away to celebrate life and love. We chose this property because of the amount of bedrooms and sleeping space. There was ample space on the deck, screen in porch, basement, and house to spend time hanging out in lots of areas! We road UTVs, ate lots of food, and laughed a ton. The owners were communicative and even let us check in early without asking! The only tiny glitch was having to get the trash out by 8am on the last day, would have loved to not worry about that until checkout. Thankfully though the trash truck didn’t come until after we left so it was a nonissue after all. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Family Trip

Great time catching up with family after not seeing them for 2+ years. Ages ranged from 8-my senior mother. It was great my mom didn’t have to navigate lots of steps and the main floor bedrooms appreciated. Plenty of room for everyone, the kids loved the resource room in the lower level. Great location close to plenty of activity. House worked out wonderfully and the owners easy to communicate with. Lots of memories made here

Great spot!

We stayed at this property in summer of 2021. For our family of 8 adults and 6 children ranging from 2-10, there was plenty of room. The large driveway was a huge hit and the kids enjoyed riding their scooters and bikes almost as much as going out to do other activities. The homeowners were great with questions I had and responded promptly.

Great spot for a weekend with people you love!

Upon arrival, this home was clean, organized and ready for a good time. Everyone was comfortable and the layout of the rooms was great! The extra air conditioning was a huge plus and the amount of outdoor seating was ideal for a larger group. We hung out in the living room, had family meals in the kitchen and relaxed on the porch. Overall, the energy of our stay was immaculate. We had great hosts and we hope to find our way back soon!

A fantastic family home having privacy yet being within easy reach of all the activities.

On the upper level, there are two master bedrooms each with a queen bed plus a full bathroom. The main level has 2 bedrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen and sitting room which opens to a spacious deck. First bedroom has 2 twin beds and second has one twin and one queen bed. Another full bathroom with jetted tub on this level. The lower area consists of a fully finished basement having another family room with fireplace, with an additional TV area too. There are two further bedrooms--one with two twin beds and the other with a twin and a double bed plus a third full bathroom on this level.

TVs in both family rooms and all bedrooms. DVD player and DVDs. Roku on all TVs.

Bluetooth speaker you can connect to for your playlist!

2 full sized raised hearth log fireplaces one in main sitting room other in lower level family room.
