This listing is for all 4 guest rooms with 8 Beds in the B&B. You will have exclusive use of all the common areas during your stay. Lovingly restored with brand-new appliances and modern amenities, this 19th century mansion features 14 foot ceilings and original hardwood floors - truly the best of both worlds. Cook a great meal in our spacious kitchen or relax in the shaded backyard with a cocktail before heading out to the French Quarter.



The Space:

Sleeps 8, backyard available for use. Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast bar/island + large dining room. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!



Manager lives on premises but will not interact with your group unless you need assistance. Manager will not use common areas during your stay.

Note: as per New Orleans residential B&B laws, there is an owner/manager on premises during your stay. Manager has exterior separate private entrance to his room and will not use common areas during your stay.



Note: as of 10/1/25 the dishwasher is out of service as we are awaiting replacement parts from the manufacturer. All reservations require a signed rental agreement and $500 refundable deposit before check in.
