Nestled in the treetops of Echo Park just minutes from Silverlake, Dodger Stadium, Downtown LA, and the hiking trails of Elysian Park. Amenities include operable skylight shower, expansive outdoor deck, and open fire pit.

This light-filled oasis perched in the hills of Echo Park possesses beautiful, modern architecture with an open floor plan and a remarkable view all the way to the Hollywood sign and Griffith observatory. The 650 square feet (60 square meters) home comfortably sleeps two, with amazing sunsets lighting up the bedroom. The house has all modern appliances and conveniences (heat/air conditioning, dishwasher, and modern cooktop with 4 gas burners).
The house encourages relaxation after a day in the city, which is just minutes away from this hidden sanctuary. Enjoy dinner al fresco with the outdoor dining table, and sip coffee in the morning on the deck with the city gently humming in the background. Relax with a drink by the outdoor gas fire pit or in front of the wood burning fireplace as the sun sets on the horizon and the city lights twinkle to life for you.
