This charming 2nd floor guest room has a beautiful carved Queen bed from the South of France and second Double Bed, great for families.
Chanceford Hall is luxuriously focused on the smallest details to ensure you feel spoiled during your stay. A lavish multi course breakfast is served in the dining hall on fine gold rimmed China as you sit on Rococo revival chairs which bring your historical experience to life, while you savor a menu catered to the season with the freshest local ingredients.
Enjoy a game of Horseshoes, Bocce Ball or Croquet on our over one acre grounds surrounded by stately trees and bamboo. Converse with new or old friends in our Veranda sitting area, lounge by the pool deck or just relax in the hammock enjoying the surrounding nature. We would also be happy to build you a fire in our Our goal is to help you escape.
Though our rooms do not include televisions due to our Colonial theme throughout, we have recently added a 70" television to our outdoor sitting area to make sure you can catch any important game or event, or just have something on the background. We also have a pool table, darts, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a large Jenga game, perfect for hanging out with friends or family after a day at the beach or exploring the Eastern Shore.

Gem in a Small historic town
Perfect location for our stay (2 adults) while we were touring nearby locations. Place was in clean and top condition and building has great touch of history. Owners are super nice and we felt very welcomed. After the first day of breakfast we felt we were part of their family.
Breakfast: Top of the line breakfast which included 4 courses and met all our dietary needs (my spouse is gluten free and vegetarian).
Bedroom comfort: comfortable/clean and had all needed amenities (extra pillows, blankets, fan , bed lamps, etc).
Bathroom: Probably one of the best hot shower I had in a long time while being away from home. Super clean showers/sink and toilet.
Snow Hill: It is quite scenic town. there are couple of small restaurants and bar in downtown (which is about 8 min walk from the place). Most of the town is dead by 5pm except couple of restaurants.
In house entertainment: there are several games (outdoor) available and i did notice heater are available if it gets cold
Overall: Will definitely be topic pick to say if in the neighborhood.

The best B&B place to stay
My wife, daughter and I stayed 4 days/3nights there and enjoyed every moment there. From Shae's hospitality and her husband's too, to the delicious breakfasts we had, this truly was a unique visit. I'm so glad we stayed here, learning so much about the history of the Chanceford Hall as well as the local history. You can tell Shae and her family really care about everyone's experience and about the B&B. Next time we're in Maryland, we will be definitely staying here again. Thank you for a great end to our vacation.
