First time in St. Louis

Nice, clean property located in a good neighborhood. Walking distance to Anheuser Busch and a short drive to downtown attractions. Would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Excellent stay in Soulard!

One of the nicer places we have stayed while traveling! Very clean, nicely updated, and good location! Would definitely come back!! Easy communication with owner for check in/out purposes as well.

Soulard stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location. Able to walk to wonderful local restaurants in the Soulard and Benton Park area. Property was perfect for two people. Easy access to museums and the zoo.

Great location close to attractions and walkable to a few.

Home was very clean and enjoyed the outdoor space. Was great to walk to the market and to the brewery for a tour. Walkable to a bunch of local pubs as well.

Clean and comfortable

The property is in great condition and is aesthetically pleasing. My sister and I stayed here and felt very comfortable and safe. The parking was convenient and had easy access to entrances.

Amazing! A diamond accommodation!

Arrived as instructed via communication with owner. Everything was as advertised upon entry. All modern updates. Loved the fan in the bedroom furnished with a king size bed, a wardrobe, 32" TV on a desk, bedside table, and closet. I would have liked to see the tv at the foot of the bed, but , to be honest, i wasnt there to watch TV. Living room furnished with pull out couch, chair, and a large TV. Bathroom was also rehabed with modern items. Kitchen was wonderful. Would highly recommend this little gem!

The location was perfect! Just a quick uber to downtown, or easy walk to Soulard. The host was super responsive and very easy to work with! 10/10 recommend.

Got double booked

My stay was great, however it was not at this location. VRBO double booked this location for the same night and unfortunately, I got the short end. However a big thank you to John for rectifying the situation and providing me with another place to stay. I appreciated him being so flexible and being a great host.

Jon’s place is beautiful as is the neighborhood. The rental is clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Would definitely recommend.

Nice property. Neighborhood not the most exciting. Lot of renovations and corner bars, but that's about it. Close enough to downtown. Litwrally a stone's throw from Anheuser Busch. Probably a better rental for twentysomethings. Could use a new sleep sofa (the bed sloped downward towadea the couch part) and more towels (3 for 4 guests).

Great Long Weekend

We popped into St. Louis to visit family, and to hit up the Beyoncé concert at The Dome. Th e Soulard neighborhood is a fantastic area with tons of restaurants and bars. This townhouse was renovated and just lovely. We’ll be back! -Eric

Had a great stay!

Overall impressed with the place! Only issues I can come up with were too many people logged into a Netflix account that we didn't even know we'd have access to and the parking might've been tight if our car had been a large one.

Baseball Getaway

My son and I needed a place to stay as we traveled from Indy to KC. This was the perfect spot! Great for getting around town (7 min drive to Busch Stadium)! Would highly recommend! Such a cozy home and great hospitality.
