First time in St. Louis

Nice, clean property located in a good neighborhood. Walking distance to Anheuser Busch and a short drive to downtown attractions. Would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Great place to stay

We love Soulard. This place was very comfortable for my wife and I. Close to everywhere we wanted to be. We would stay there again.

Great location close to attractions and walkable to a few.

Home was very clean and enjoyed the outdoor space. Was great to walk to the market and to the brewery for a tour. Walkable to a bunch of local pubs as well.

One of the nicer places we have stayed while traveling! Very clean, nicely updated, and good location! Would definitely come back!! Easy communication with owner for check in/out purposes as well.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location. Able to walk to wonderful local restaurants in the Soulard and Benton Park area. Property was perfect for two people. Easy access to museums and the zoo.

Clean and comfortable

The property is in great condition and is aesthetically pleasing. My sister and I stayed here and felt very comfortable and safe. The parking was convenient and had easy access to entrances.

Had a great stay!

Overall impressed with the place! Only issues I can come up with were too many people logged into a Netflix account that we didn't even know we'd have access to and the parking might've been tight if our car had been a large one.

Great place, Great location

This is a great house in one of our favorite neighborhoods in St. Louis. It's close to everything--within sight of the A-B Brewery and a quick walk to Soulard restaurants and music. The flat is spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and stylishly painted and decorated. The bedroom has great views and a comfortable king bed.

Baseball Getaway

My son and I needed a place to stay as we traveled from Indy to KC. This was the perfect spot! Great for getting around town (7 min drive to Busch Stadium)! Would highly recommend! Such a cozy home and great hospitality.

Great Long Weekend

We popped into St. Louis to visit family, and to hit up the Beyoncé concert at The Dome. Th e Soulard neighborhood is a fantastic area with tons of restaurants and bars. This townhouse was renovated and just lovely. We’ll be back! -Eric

Great Location

Great location with easy access to the Soulard area. Property manager was quick to respond to any issues we ran into upon arrival. However we would not recommend the property for families. There is an apartment above and whenever the person staying there would walk around it would echo horribly with the vaulted ceilings, waking up the baby.

We hope you enjoy the updated kitchen, historic woodwork and hardwood flooring, large bathroom w/ walk in shower and excellent view from the new 3rd floor dormer overlooking the Brewery.
