The Maison de la Source is located 25 minutes from the Pouilly vineyards, from Pouilly the wine route takes place with the Côtes de la Charité 25 minutes away and the Sancerre vineyard 40 minutes away. The Sancerre golf course is 35 minutes from the house.<br><br>Fully equipped house (kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, dryers...) with on the first floor an open kitchen (fitted and equipped) opening onto a large living room and dining room, a second intimate living room can be converted into a double bedroom with its sofa bed. A fireplace in each living room. Upstairs, four comfortable and silent double bedrooms including a master suite with bath, sink and fireplace.
