Entire Basement, Private Entrance, Gorgeous Views

This beautiful home is situated on the East bench of North Logan with spectacular views of Cache Valley. Our walkout basement doesn’t feel like a basement. Lots of windows and light. There are 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. The main couch is very comfortable for sleeping for most adults. We also have two queen air beds and one twin air bed that can be used in the common areas. You may also use our infrared sauna. The outdoor space has a table and 6 chairs. We also have 2 lounge chairs. There is a gas grill on the patio.

The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, chest freezer, coffee maker, blender/food processor, toaster, waffle maker, toaster oven, 2 induction burners, griddle/panini maker and small crockpot. We just installed a dishwasher, disposal and washer/dryer. There are extra pillows, blankets, sheets sets and towels. There are some toys and games. We have network TV, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and Hulu. . We have one window air conditioning unit in the kitchen area. The apartment stays cool even on the hottest days. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms.

great hosts

it snowed quite a bit during our stay and the host shoveled the entire walk way, frive way, and a pathy by our car. they also scraped snow from on top of our car. the only downside was the wifi was extremely weak and we couldnt stream very well and had to use our mobile data from a hotspot.it was an awesome stay though

Nice neighborhood and comfy beds

Just 10 min from USU campus, the location was convenient but tucked away in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen had all we needed. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a closet of toys for the kids. Hosts were great! Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable and quiet

It was great to have a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There was even an infrared spa available, but we didn't have time to use it. My cousin and I sat in the living room and talked one evening. It was very much like being at home.

A great escape

Every year there is "homeless week" at Utah State during which time students move out of their on-campus dorms or their apartments but can't move into their new housing. This VRBO was a perfect escape during those days. I worked on the USU campus during the day, then could come relax in this VRBO. It is located in a great neighborhood, and the apartment itself was quiet, spacious, comfortable, and a HUGE step up from a hotel stay. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Property

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and clean property. The view from the backyard was beautiful. It was more spacious than we anticipated and plenty of room for us to spread out. After traveling for a couple of weeks, it was nice to have a washer/dryer, kitchen, comfortable beds, and space to relax. It was a bit chilly in Logan but there were plenty of extra quilts to stay warm, as well as a nice sauna. We enjoyed visiting with the host and felt very welcome. I would recommend this property and stay again.

Perfect Stay

Our family could not have asked for better accommodations. Lyn is a wonderful host. The location was very clean. The kitchen did not have a stove but there was an air fryer/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, hot plates and other items we didn’t use but were there if needed. Lyn is easy to communicate with and kept me informed. The home is beautiful and the views are beautiful as well. We were out there for a family funeral. Our kids were able to stay with us. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Visit with granddaughter

My husband & I drove to Logan to spend time with our granddaughter while she was on break. I find vrbo’s are more comfortable than hotels. This one did not disappoint! Very clean, well furnished & extremely comfortable. The host was very easy to get in touch with & pleasant. We didn’t spend too much time inside but the time we did was enjoyable. Will definitely use again!!!

A Slice of Heaven on the Hillside

The place was impeccable, yet warm and welcoming. It was equipped with everything one could need, had complete privacy, more than enough space to spread out and relax, and the views of the Logan valley were outstanding. The owners were very accommodating, communicative, and very personable. I hope to stay there again for future visits. Absolutely fantastic!

Friendly

Lynn and Mike were so friendly and accomidating. They alone are worth staying here. The house is nice and well kept. We loved having the patio and chars to watch a thunderstorm come across the valley. Beautiful

Great Space

This space was perfect for our stay in Logan. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and the basement had everything we needed. Lyn was easy to communicate with and even set up the blow up bed for us. The views of Cache Valley from the yard were beautiful. The rental is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood and I would be happy to stay again on future visits to Logan.

Our vacation

Property was very nice. It had all the things we needed for our stay, and more. The view off the patio is breathtaking! If we ever visit Logan again, we will definitely see if this property is available.

Amazing Views

This location was perfect for anyone who needs to stay in the Logan area. It had way more space than the the three adults we had needed. If you can share a bathroom with your group, you will not find a better place to stay for the price. Thank you Lyn!!

North Logan Basement Resort

Initially we were concerned with only having one bathroom for nine adults, but it worked out just fine. We used the kitchen to cook multiple meals, the furniture was very comfortable when we watched a few movies (and was even comfortable for my daughter to sleep on with a sheet over the couch cushions), we were able to grill on the bar-b-que grill multiple times, we used the washer and dryer, my children enjoyed playing card games on the patio and while we didn't use the infrared sauna, the fact that it was available for use was awesome. VERY NICE ACCOMMODATIONS, would definitely rent again. With all that stated, the very best part of the property was the owners, Lyn and Mike. We had multiple interesting visits with them that left us feeling like we were part of the family.

Perfect location and so comfortable

Lynn is an amazing host. We've stayed here multiple times and we'll keep coming back. There is ample room, the view is amazing, and Logan is beautiful. Lynn even remembered our preferences from the last time we stayed.
