Newly remodeled mountain paradise! Come stay at La Montaña and enjoy the scenic views and abundant wildlife of the mountain. Fully remodeled cabin with a rustic feel, yet modern amenities such as: dishwasher, smart television with local channels and Netflix, washer/dryer and Wi-Fi. Inside, there are 3 bedrooms- 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 King Bedroom and the Bunkroom has 2 Full Beds and 4 Twin Beds. The cabin sleeps 10 people comfortably and there are also 2 couches available. Large living area, kitchen and front deck for everyone to enjoy. There is one bathroom with a large shower.
Outside, sit on the front porch and enjoy the scenery! We also have a firepit to enjoy on a cool night or just to let the kids roast some hot dogs. There's a pasture for horses if that's your chosen mode for hiking, complete with a pond and a small barn. We hope you enjoy our rustic/western style mountain cabin! * Current COGGINS required for horses.

La Montana is conveniently located near many of Arkansas' most beloved outdoor/adventure attractions! Just around the corner from the Wilderness Rider Buffalo Ranch & Adventure Park and Sweden Creek Falls.

We rented this for a weekend of SXS riding. The house was great very clean house. The owner was great to work with we did not have any problems other the rain that we had all weekend but that made the house more comfortable. We plan to be back.

SXS riding trip

Chose this location because of its distance from Wilderness rider buffalo ranch The house was great for our group of 7. Plenty sleeping areas plus open kitchen to living room area. Nice front porch for sitting. Great trip great place to stay

Much Better Than A Tent at Buffalo Rider's Ranch!

We came down to ride at the Buffalo Rider's Ranch (which was amazing) and this cabin was truly only 3/4 of a mile down the road. It was a ride in and out situation! After a long day of trails, it was perfect to get a hot shower and relax on comfortable furniture. I was not expecting such nice creature comforts! Big thirsty towels, soft lux bedding, dish washer, hot, steamy shower! We are already planning our next reservation for October! Perfect place to stay if you are riding at the Buffalo Rider's Ranch! (We also explored the Buffalo River over by Ponca! It was just a hop, skip and jump away!)

Perfect Place to Stay!

Super clean, smelled good. Lots of room and just down the road from Wilderness Rider. Easy to get to and pull your rigs right up to the house with lots of room to turn around. We enjoyed the firepit and beautiful view. Would definitely recommend this place!

Wilderness Buffalo Ranch

The house location to the ranch was perfect. We had about 7 inches of rain in 3 days we stayed. And the place was plenty big that we weren't bumping in to each other. I highly recommend La Montana to anyone. We will be back.

Wonderful Spring Break

The property was just as described. We had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable (only down fall is 1 bathroom but we knew that going in to it). It is very remote and the road getting there was really rough. The nearest walmart is 45mins so come prepared if you break any of your toys. We were able to enjoy riding dirt bikes and side by sides every day at the ranch. The teenage boys had a blast and weren't glued to their phones(wifi was spotty at times). We would 100% recommend this place! Take your own chairs to sit by the fire, most of the ones there were broken.

Amazing place to stay!

We came down to ride the atv system at the Buffalo Wilderness atv park, and booked this house for lodging. It was an amazing place to stay, super clean, great location, great amenities! We will absolutely come back again!

Great place for families to stay at!

Loved the layout of home! Rooms separate from the main living room & kitchen area. The living room & kitchen are connected as one big open area. It was great for the kids & played lots of Corn Hole on the porch when it rained on us for one full day. But every other day we went to Buffalo River area for some hiking & water fun. Place is super clean & well taken care of with everything you need to cook your meals. It was nice to have the washer & dryer too. You can log into your own Disney+ or Netflix accounts with the Smart TV for any television time. Tracy, the host, was quick to answer any questions when we had them, she was great! We definitely plan to stay here again with our family.

We had a wonderful time! First time to Buffalo Wilderness To Ride. . This is a beautiful property very clean and very spacious. We had 12 Adults and 2 children in the house. We also had rv hooked up that had 8. Will Definitely stay here again!!!! Tracy Thank you!!

New Years Getaway

We were looking for a nice place to get away from the city for New Years. This place was perfect. Very secluded but still easy access to fun adventures for the kids. We really enjoyed it.

This cabin was perfect for our annual father son trip. Convenient location near excellent off-road and wilderness riding opportunities. The hosts were awesome and the cabin was perfect for our needs. Excellent kitchen and comfortable beds were the highlight for me.

Excellent location for UTV riding at Wilderness Buffalo Ranch

The cabin was cleaned and well stocked with all the essentials. The decor was cute and the location is very peaceful. We rode UTVs two days and after a fun day of riding we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit each evening relaxing and listening to music.
