Everything was good - the faucet in the kitchen is non touch and was a little problematic for a bit. It fixed itself when I disconnected/reconnected the power line from the battery pack.

Overall very good stay . All questions responded by the owners . The apartment location is perfect and exactly how described in the announcement. The AC on both bedrooms room not cooling very well so we had to turn on the fan at the ceiling ( not a big deal for us). Rey close to the beach.

Super location to beach access with a ramp right across the street! Walk down it to the perfect spot on the beach near restrooms & life guard. Easy access to Pompano Joes! Very clean! Loved our stay!!

Most guests love how close we are to the beach! It is hard to capture how close it is in the listing. Ironically, we actually read this review while sitting on our balcony looking at our view of the gulf! Our listing is just as pictured, and this includes the picture of our gulf view.

We had a great stay. Check in could not have been any easier. The complex was quiet. The beach cart came in handy for sure. Everything was as clean and up to date as possible. Note: There are multiple floors and stairs to each level, so if you have difficulty getting up stairs it may be a challenge. But it was nothing complicated with getting luggage and everything upstairs. The complex is directly across the street from the beach. Unlimited restaurants, shopping centers, stores, etc within a few miles any direction.

Perfect!

The property was clean, spacious, updated, and well maintained. Living room furniture was comfortable. Nice beachy decor. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Perfect location across the street from public beach access. Good selection of beach chairs and toys in deck box. Kids enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay again and recommend the property to family and friends.

Great Spot for Family

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well stocked, which we appreciated as we preferred to do our own cooking. The place was very clean at check in! My only complaint is about the pool. It was closed for a few days during our stay and with young children it did make things a little more difficult. There did seem to only be one pool in the community. Otherwise, great stay! We would come back!

Nice stay but property needs uplift

We have arrived to our property and found it belong quite clean. We have discovered several big flaws that need to be addressed - clogged shower/ bath that didn’t drain water properly, clogged toilet. Balcony doors old and don’t close easily. The priority is nice but requires major uplift. The owners are very responsive. But it’s obvious that they are not onsite and miss on many needed renovations. The closeness to the beach is great. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Cleanliness is a top priority for us, so glad you found it satisfactory! We do not have any plumbing issues, the tub drains just need to be opened when used, and some of the toilet handles do need to be fully pushed down. We offered to send a plumber out there anyway, but we were pleased to find out you were able to get it all figured out on your own! The property is also newly updated, and is exactly as pictured in our listing. We are sorry that you believe it needs renovations, but we don't believe so! And yes, we do not live there, but it is our vacation home :) Glad that overall you enjoyed your stay!

Great location near the beach

It is exactly as listed. Very clean and practical. A very short walk across the street to public beach access. It was perfect for us, our family of 3 (2 adults and a 6 year old). The couches were comfy, televisions were great, and the balconies provided a nice warm breeze. The parking was right at the door which is another reason we always book houses and/or townhomes when we visit Destin. Easy unloading and loading right at the door. My favorite thing, strangely enough, was the soft carpet on the stairs. It felt good on my feet but also prevented me from making noise if I were to go up and down the stairs lol. Great place and the owners were easy to communicate with.

Especially clean

I loved how simple but cute and VERY CLEAN the condo was. The new couch was also comfy. I loved that there was a broom for me to sweep the sand/ but I believe I may have broke the handle and would have replaced if I’d had time/ sorry. I also love that we could spray our feet stuff before entering. Probably just us but not a fan of the hard bed, maybe just needs a plush mattress cover/ like I said thou probably US ring used to having one on our bed…. And personal preference. Walk to beach was close and simple. We enjoyed getting out and strolling daily / great area! I give this place a 10+

Our Stay

It was great. Perfect for us divers (we went diving in springs about an hour away 3 days) and daughter with her family who stayed and played at beach with husband, 5 year old and 2 year old. I have to say we have stayed at several places and your selection of pans was amazing. So much better than other places. Thank you for good toilet paper others uses cheap stuff!! Very important to tender bottoms!! The beach toys in the out side box was very neat to have we appreciated that. It would have been great to be on the front side but we knew that when we booked. The outside shower was amazing to have. You have a beautiful place and great setting!! The little ones loved the blocks I realize it was the jenga game but they would build with them and loved having them to play with. Thank you for a great stay!!! My ONLY complaint... The lady with the husky was not so good. She let the dog run lose and scared the babies bad. It ran up to me and both babies and I had two climbing up my body while trying stop this dog from getting my grand babies. She did not even stop the dog or apologize for it.

Great location

The condo was a great location. A two minute walk across the street and you are at the beach. Pool was nice as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Less than 2 minutes to the beach

Holy Cow! Even with a toddler and beach gear, a less than 2 minute walk to the beach was perfect! The two king beds was great for husband and I as well as my in laws and this townhome was perfect for our beach vacation needs!

Yes! We have a toddler too and she is able to easily make the short trip from the front door to the sand. It's super convenient, we also love that the beach access is a ramp and doesn't have stairs. Glad your stay was perfect!

Aside from the unbeatable location, our home was completely renovated in January 2025. The new master bathroom is straight out of a magazine. The guest bedroom has super cool built-in bunk beds, which is great for families. Our brand new kitchen is guaranteed to make you feel right at home. And the Gulf views from the balcony are the cherry on top!
