Exceptional experience. We stayed for a week at Chilkat Towers and could not have asked for better accommodations. It was generously stocked and clearly thought out, they made it beyond comfortable. Best short-term rental experience we’ve had (and we own one in Colo). Exceptionally clean, incredible view, couldn’t beat the location. Communication was excellent. Our son is a mountaineering guide in Haines and this was the perfect home base for activities. We will be back and highly recommend!

This is a very inviting property, right in the middle of town. It is decorated so wonderfully. It's very clean, and there is everything you need. We were able to walk most anywhere we needed to be, as it is centrally located. The only downside is there is just one bathroom, not two, but that was mentioned in the listing, so no stars off for that. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Love this property!

We have stayed at the Chilkat Tower before and love the location, the condo and all the amenities! It's extremely comfortable and has everything we need to stay in Haines for a number of days. Very easy to communicate with Randa and she has been super helpful when we have questions about Haines.We will stay there again when we visit our family in Haines!

Wonderful

The property was beautiful - it is well designed and decorated very nicely. It took us a while to find the pot lids for cooking, and there were no salt and pepper shakers, which seemed strange. It was cold when we arrived and took some time to warm up. However, besides those things, it was absolutely perfect. The location is excellent - walking distance to all you need. It was a lovely and comfortable place to stay.

November Eagle festival

The condo was spacious, comfy, warm, well supplied with blankets, towels and kitchen essentials. Right downtown so easy walking for groceries and restaurants.

Lovely stay at the Chilkat tower

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay at the Chilkat tower. Great location, clean, bright, cozy and dog friendly! This place has it all. Would highly recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back.

What a view - inside and out

Excellent stay!! Randa/Hostess was very responsive to questions prior to booking and very helpful and organized with communications. This is a very nice property that is nicely decorated, spacious and has a great view. We visited Haines with friends from New Zealand and were very pleased to be able to stay in a property where we could have a glass of wine together after supper and visit. The check-in/check-out was easy and convenient. You won’t be disappointed if you stay. We wish we had a bit longer and will plan to come back. Thanks.

You Only Need Your Personal Things and Food ... that's it!!

Spotlessly clean. Open, sunny kitchen. Great deck with chairs and tables. Fabulous bathroom with separate water closet (so helpful for families!). Super comfortable beds. Decor in every room, walls, and table tops added such warmth and charm. Extra supplies were over the top (shampoo, conditioner, soaps, cleaners, salt, pepper, spices, coffee to name only a few items). Beautiful place for a beautiful holiday!! Very appreciated!!

Really great accommodation!

Loved the property and was really beautifully set up and clean. Great central location with parking and views. Randa was delightful, I highly recommend this spot. We will be back.

Thanksgiving Stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. It is centrally located and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep some Thanksgiving sides. We even had a large black bear greet us upon arrival. A few honks of the horn and it wandered off. The property manager was quick to help us when we needed the snow plowed. Very nice stay.
