Park Shore Resort is located within a community that offers swimming pool, tennis court, racquetball courts, pickle ball courts as well as exercise room. All the equipment you need provided at the lobby on the first come first serve basis. Dine poolside or lakeside at Hogfish Harry’s, conveniently located in the middle of resort or use covered picnic area and grills to create your own feast.
You will be close to restaurants, shops, and Publix grocery store across the street. The area has excellent access to everything you want to see and experience in Naples including, but not limited to beautiful white sand beaches.
This 2nd floor furnished condo features 2 bedrooms with king and queen beds and a convertible ottoman to fit extra guest if needed, 2 full size baths, well equipped kitchen and spacious living / dining room with a screened lanai overlooking lush tropical greenery. Brand new kitchen appliances and free parking on the premises.

Park Shore Resort

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice. We could walk to numerous restaurants. In the unit we stayed in the bed in spare room could be replaced, and would have been nice to have a mirror and ceiling light in spare room. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Lovely condo

The condo was very comfortable with high quality towels and linens. The location was very quiet and the kitchen had everything one would need including a blender. The complex had a heated pool and a wonderful restaurant. It is also close to main roads so easy access to any where you want to go. Having a washer and dryer was a real bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice Stay Naples Park shore resort

L’appartement est conforme aux photos et au descriptif de l’annonce . Très bien équipé et literie confortable. Relation très facile avec la propriétaire toujours très réceptive à nos demandes. La piscine est ombragée. Très bonne localisation du resort à proximité des plages. Resort un peu vieillissant . Le bain remous est hors service depuis plusieurs années .

Great condo!

We really loved the condo! Spotlessly clean stocked with all the basics. Newly renovated so had a fresh contemporary look that we loved. The community in the resort were really friendly. Hogfish Harry's restaurant and setting by the pool was wonderful. Lovely gardens and walkway through the center of the resort. A very good experience!

Great location in central Naples!

Park Shore resort is a small, quiet & very pretty resort in a tropical setting. It is on a pond surrounded by foliage and has a beautiful pool backing up to a rock wall with waterfalls. Our unit was very clean & quiet. It was well stocked with everything you could ever need including beach chairs, umbrella, thick beach towels, shampoo, body wash, paper towels,etc. Nataliya answered my questions & even emailed us while we were there to see if we needed anything. This place is a gem & we look forward to returning.

Great Location.

Very nice place to stay, but I think the price of what I paid has almost doubled. That will change my perspective. The location was excellent.

Wonderful Accommodations!

We were thrilled with this rental! It was exactly as it had been described in the listing. The kitchen was well-stock with dishes and cooking supplies (pots, pans, and utensils) for us to make our meals. The location was convenient to places we wanted to visit. Nataliya was a great host who responded quickly to any inquiries we had. If we find ourselves in Naples again, we will definitely stay here.

Great

This was a wonderful condo, very well furnished, every thing you could wish for in the kitchen, everything very clean and it was great to find shampoo, waste bags, spare toilet rolls and lots of beach gear, it made us feel very welcome. The resort had a nice pool area and gardens and an enjoyable restaurant on site. Happy to award 5stars, defiantly deserved.

Nice Place!

Thanks Nataliya for a nice place to stay. Very responsive, good communication. Condo was well stocked with lots of extras, beach chairs/umbrella/cooler/towels-those were so needed. Clean and loved the new appliances/fixtures. Lovely resort with BBQ area which we used several times. A little bit of a drive to the beach 3-4 minutes or so but was okay. Great pool, did not go to restaurant on site as it was always packed full of people and most days were all reserved. Overall ,stayed at resort and this part of Florida for the first time, we enjoyed it and hope to come back again soon!

Location…Location

Excellent communication with a totally responsive owner. Nice pool close to many great casual eateries. Love Brio happy hour. Super clean and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and beach supplies Beach access at loudermilk good but get there early as parking is tough. Clam pass beach very nice but take free tram as boardwalk is 3/4 miles long. Highly recommend.

Relaxed and fun!

This property was terrific, especially with 2 ten year old boys. The basketball, pickleball, wall ball and the nice warm heated pool gave them plenty to do while the grown ups relaxed. All the needed sports equipment was available at the clubhouse for no extra charge. Nataliya reached out right away and checked in several times which was really nice. The unit had everything you might need; beach chairs, umbrellas, lots of towels, even a basketball. The stream that runs through the property is really picturesque with quite a few turtles. The onsite restaurant was really good, albeit a little expensive. It really is walking distance to a Publix but hidden off the main road. The unit is in the back so the view of the tennis courts isn't the best but we didn't mind as we could keep an eye on the boys. Some of the units look a bit worn out from the outside but everything worked well for us. The nearest beach was 5 minutes and very pretty. All in all, would highly recommend.

Good family vacation
