Chalet on the side of a slope on 4 floors, including a second gite. Independent access. On the ground floor: entrance with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200cm) opening onto a balcony and (2 single beds 90 x 200cm). In the basement: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200cm) and (4 bunk beds 90 x 200cm) opening onto a terrace. Wellness area shared with the other gite including a sauna and a jacuzzi (private slots, see the terms with the owner). On the 1st floor: dining room, living room, kitchen and living room with TV and WiFi connection, opening onto a balcony terrace. On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) with a small balcony. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (shower) and private WC. 3 private parking spaces in front of the chalet. Each floor has its exterior (terrace or balcony). Modern chalet built in 2023, gite in the heart of the village of Champagny en Vanoise, 500 meters from the slopes and the gondola. South-east/south-west transverse exposure. Decoration with clean lines, light wood and pastel shades. Quality furniture and a mix of wool and fur for a mountain atmosphere.
