Solmate

A large family room & TV with a dining island as part of the kitchen greets you when you walk in. Bedrooms to the left are nicely decorated. One with queen/full bunks that will sleep a large group. The Master is at the back of the house with a spacious bathroom & TV. All TVs are "Smart" and can stream whatever you have. Family room has a DVD player and a small selection of movies. Board games, fully equipped Kitchen and plenty of internet will keep you happy if you choose to stay in. A downstairs Tiki Barr and Firepit are enhanced with a Bluetooth Music system. Easy to login and crank up. Come to the beach and have some fun.

We loved how convenient this property was—just a short walk to the beach and close to grocery stores and great places to eat. The beds were super soft and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a fun day out.As with many popular rentals, you can tell this is a frequently used property. A little more attention from the cleaning service on surfaces and cabinets would make it even better, but overall it had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.We’d recommend it for anyone wanting a great location and a comfortable place to unwind after the beach

Great 4th of July Stay!

Family of 4 adults and 3 kids ages 5, 12 & 16. The house was so comfortable and cozy, had everything we needed and everyone loved it! Claude, the owner, was so easy to communicate with which was so nice! We had the best time!!!

AWESOME! The beach house was great! Clean, very well equipped, great location, just as pictured and described. We had 7 adults and 3 children and everyone had a blast! Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Fiancés birthday Trip

The property was great, and so is the area ! Conveniently located near the big store you don’t have to worry about driving too far for supplies if needed. Everything was super clean and comfortable. We had a great time celebrating my fiancés 26th birthday. She loved the property and the family enjoyed the stay. We will definitely be returning !

Great family beach trip!

My family and I loved staying here for our 5 day beach trip! The property is decorated beautifully. Lots of counter space and we liked the bedroom arrangement. My 2 kids loved that they both got their own bunk bed. My husband and I appreciated having the master tucked away on the other side of the kitchen and that the main TV had a sound bar and not just the TV speakers. It was a great home away from home. My only complaint was it could use some more dusting and previous tenants had left some use solo cups in one cupboard that we attracting ants. I threw them out and moved on. The kids couldn't use the fan in the bunk bed room because it was so dusty that it blew dust everywhere. The AC vent grate needs a good dusting too, as well as some other parts of the property. That being said, it did not take away any enjoyment for us. It was a 5 minute walk from the beach and a short drive to stores like the Big Store, Dollar General, etc. for anything you might need. Nauti Beaver and Singarees are awesome. The lawn had clearly been freshly mowed, which was nice. And there is a ring on a hook game on the balcony that the kids liked, as well as some board games available inside. The beds were SO comfortable! I would definitely recommend this property to other families. While there were only a total of 2 couples and 2 kids on our trip, but you could fit up to 10 people if you had 2 in each queen bed, 2 on each of the bigger bottom bunks, and 1 on each top bunk.

Great place to stay

The cabin was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch and sitting around the fire pit area. Super cute, comfy beds and a great location with beach access. Will rent again when we go back. ❤️

Wonderful

The property manager responded quickly to all my questions and check in was easy. The house was beautiful, clean, and very spacious for our large party. When it was time to leave, the clean up required was super easy. My family and I loved the house and it’s location. I will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay. House fit our needs perfectly. Everything was clean and in good repair. Fridge looks rusty from outside but was clean on inside. Just cosmetic. House gets great wind on the balcony. Great Week!

We had a great time and the House was wonderful. Great location and the Beds were very comfortable. The layout of the kitchen was great for everyone to use and move around. We loved the size of the downstairs shower and only thing missing would be a downstairs toilet and maybe a wash sink near the Tiki bar for when barbecuing to make it absolutely perfect. Claude was an amazing host and very nice. I’m definitely hoping to be able to stay at the Solmate again in the future.

Holiday Beach is all Post-Ike construction - lots of strength in the house and the entire neighborhood is very clean and well cared for. Just a couple of blocks away is The Big Store. They have whatever you forgot and more. A short stroll from the house is the small town Beach with a long shallow entrance-safe for the kids and great for walking.
