Enjoy the sunsets from this condo that has everything you need for a fun filled family vacation. Located directly oceanfront in Myrtle Beach Resort, this unit comes with plenty of amenities.

This one bedroom, one bathroom can accommodate up to 4 people. The bedroom has one queen bed with 2 built in closets and just outside the bedroom is two railway bunks complete with reading lights. There is a full kitchen complete with full size stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. It comes completely stocked with all flatware, cookware and crockery needed. Included is all bedding and towels and a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, sponge, dish towels, all you need to bring is beach towels. The condo also includes a flat screen TV and DVD player.

The unit is located on the 3rd floor of Building A, overlooking the outdoor pool and beach.

All you really need to bring is your food and clothing! And beach towels of course!

Myrtle Beach Resort is a gated resort nestled on 33 acres located on the South End of Myrtle Beach. It is very well landscaped and offers tons of amenities, such as a waterpark that includes a 375 foot Lazy River and kiddie splash pool , 6 pools, including 2 indoor pools and one oceanfront, 4 lighted tennis courts, plenty of barbecue and picnic tables, laundry facilities, volleyball court, basketball court, playground, oceanfront beach bar with live seasonal music, 24 hour security with gate and patrol and last but not lead the most amazing beach!

Myrtle beach Resort is very conveniently located to a Walmart, Walgreens, Sub shop, Myrtle Beach State Park (right next door), Harley Store, Market Commons (cinemas, restaurants, Barnes and Nobles) and stores, Myrtle Beach Airport.

$5.00 p/day parking fee-payable upon arrival at the gate.

Long Term Rentals Available In the low season, feel free to enquire.

Daily maid service not provided.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.
No pets allowed.
This is a non smoking unit. Violators will forfeit the security deposit.

Attached please find a Rental Agreement. When making a booking please complete the agreement and return along with a copy of your drivers license.

The room was clean and very well equipped. Although it rained most of the time while we were there, we used the indoor pool in Bldg. B and had an excellent time in the Myrtle Beach Area.

Beach, pools, restaurant/bar on site, did I mention beach? Condo was clean and comfortable. Owner was friendly, and quick to respond to questions. I really enjoyed the stay, and I was able to stay a extra day that originally wasn’t planned for.👍👍👍

This house was perfect for us for the week! It was clean and conveniently located to everything! The beds were very comfy. Only concern is parking wouldn't drive large vehicles due to the low hanging tree beside the house.

The place was clean and great. They have a lot of amenities. View is awesome. Elevator closest to the condo was out which stunk but that wasn’t their fault. Didn’t know about the $20 parking until the day of. Overall good stay and would stay again.

Room was clean. Had everything we needed. Great view of pool and beach. Loved the swing on the property. The Quarter deck was good. Some suggestions…. State elevators don’t down to street level, sometimes had to hike a bit to use ramp to get things to elevator. May need an upgrade on patio door and window. Lots of noise from outside and neighbors. Overall a nice place.

March stay

Great little place! Love the view! Clean, had everything needed for our stay. Could’ve used a couch or extra seat in the living room, but we made it work. 2 indoor pools and hot tub. Shame the hot tub at the big pool was down. Had outdoor pools, etc but it was too cold for those. Also, the elevator was down, okay with me though cause last time I got stuck in one. Lol. Wish that the description was correct on parking. $20 is a bit much. Don’t really get why the guests should pay, but already booked before I knew.

Absolutely enjoyed it

Other than construction, which is temporary It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in that area over 40 years. I love the location and the little bar down the way. I barely left the resort once I got there. Kitchen was well stocked and it was very clean. Michelle Hurn was very accommodating!! I’ll be back!!
