PERFECT!!Very spacious. Four couples each had their own bathroom. Comfortable beds. Elk each evening out front. Within walking distance to food and cocktails.I can't think of a single thing we would change.

The property was reasonably good with ample space and kept in good condition. However, they set various traps by linking the water heater to the thermostat, on which was a small sign "do not touch". If you did adjust the thermostat (it was very cold the first evening), the water heater stopped working. It would have been very simple to add a line stating if you adjusted the thermostat, please set it back to 60 degrees. Instead we had to call a plumber and $700 was taken from my security deposit for that call. All he did was set the thermostat back to the original setting. There were other switches with similar labels. Beware this property and go somewhere else.

Great property. Clean, well organized. The kitchen had everything you could ever want to cook with. There were 12 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had animal visitors almost every day.

Outstanding Yellowstone family reunion home

One of the best VRBO homes that we have stayed in. Amazing views from the porch and daily visits from deer and elk. Easy walk to grocery store, flying pig, restaurants, Roosevelt arch. North entrance to Yellowstone minutes away. House is well stocked and clean. Lights and drawers are labeled clearly. Kitchen has everything you need. Check in and check out were seamless.

Fantastic for Large Family

Tremendous house for a large family, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, ping-pong table got a lot of use, playground across the street, easy walk to main street of Gardiner.

Great house

The house fit our needs really well. The owners has stocked it well. It had plenty of shampoo, soap, coffee filters, seasonings for cooking etc. The wildlife in the yard was a treat...we loved watching the elk, deer, bunnies and even the neighborhood skunks. It is right in Gardiner and several restaurants, shops and a small local grocery store is within walking distance. The view is incredible. It's so close to the North entrance of Yellowstone. We went into the park almost every day and the location was great for that. We also visited the nearby Yellowstone Hot springs to have a rest day and that was a great experience too. The only negative feedback I have is some of the beds were saggy and the carpet is probably in need of replacing soon. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend the house if you want a home base for Yellowstone.

Great home to visit Yellowstone

We had a fantastic stay at this home. The kitchen truly has everything you could want. All the paper products and toiletries are provided. This is such a big help when flying into Gardiner. The home is right at the North entrance to Yellowstone, it was very magical to be that close. We also had elk in the yard every day. It was so enjoyable to watch and see wildlife up close. The owner was very responsive to any questions and made sure our stay was fantastic!

Family Reunion in Yellowstone

The house was so well organized, and well stocked with all needed supplies. The entire house was very clean and very well maintained. The house manual was a very good guide for our stay in the home.The front porch was a great gathering place for the entire family at the end of the day to watch the elk and the beautiful view of the nearby mountains.

Great Stay for Class Research Trip

I have been taking 10-14 students to Yellowstone for research for the last 20 years. Stayed in many places in Gardiner and staying here makes it easy. Plenty of clean bedrooms and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen (two ovens) and laundry. A ten night stay is breeze.

Gardiner, Montana house for Yellowstone Trip

My family and I stayed at the house for a week during a trip to Yellowstone. The house was conveniently located right in Gardiner close to stores, restaurants, and only a few minutes from the north entrance to Yellowstone. The house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids really enjoyed the basement game room. If you like wildlife, the elk grazing across the street are a real treat. Would definitely recommend the house.

the only concern was the kithcen floor was dirty our young children stockings got dirty from walking around the kitchen. We were concerned about tracking the dirt onto the carpets.

Yellowstone

House was a great size for our group of 14 people. Separate living areas for different ages to hang out. Also has everything you need! A well stocked kitchen, extra bedding, games and entertainment. Watching the deer and elk everyday was a bonus! Very easy access to Yellowstone park entrance.

Amazing property

This is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in before. Well stocked with games, toys, blankets, cooking supplies, toiletries and anything else you can think of. Ample bathrooms and bedrooms. Deer and elk visited the front and backyard everyday. Close drive to Yellowstone. We had people age 63-2 staying and everyone had a great time!

Great base for visiting Yellowstone

We had 3 families of 4, with kids ranging from 3 to 16. Plus 2 grand parents. The house had plenty of space. The kids loved the bunk room and basement. We were visited every day by an Elk herd with four fawns, in the yard or immediately across the street. House was clean and well stocked. Kitchen was best equipped Vrbo I’ve ever seen. And we used it every day to cook dinner for 14 after visiting the national park each day. Highly recommended!

Vermont to Yellowstone 2024

This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful home. Our school group of 15 enjoyed all the spacious bedrooms, kitchen and recreation area. The location is close to a grocery store and entrance into the park. The perfect place for a large group stay.

Perfect house and location

Minutes from YNP. 4 couples, and still plenty of room for more. Very clean and organized. Extremely well stocked in kitchen and baths. We had a deer greet us in the driveway when we arrived!

Dream Vacation House and amazing Owner

We took my grandma to Yellowstone for her 90th birthday. There were 17 of us and we all easily fit in the house. The house was clean and well thought out. It was stocked with everything a person could use. We also got to watch elk in the backyard and even saw a black bear and 2 cubs on the other side of the river. The owner communicated with us very well. We didn't have any issues at all. We would rate this house 11 out of 10 and hope to come back in the future.

Great house!!

This house was perfect for our Yellowstone adventure! It was PLENTY big for 4 couples to have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Robert was an excellent host. We enjoyed seeing the elk wander in and out of the front and back yards. We would definitely stay here again!
