NEWLY REMODELED! This airy townhome exudes SoCal beach vibe and is right across the beach, only steps to the sand! Enjoy panoramic ocean and sunset views from the outdoor deck, living room, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom. You can hear the ocean waves at night from this condo! Located on the main beach promenade and within easy walking distance (5~ blocks) to downtown Carlsbad Village and restaurants. Three comfortable and spacious bedrooms (1 master with king bed and panoramic ocean views, 1 large King guest bedroom and 1 Queen guest bedroom, all with full closets!). Three full bathrooms (including master bathroom), each with shower or tub. Free unlimited high-speed WiFi (streaming quality), in-unit washer and dryer, private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, private back yard with patio dining and propane grill for family barbecues! Unit comes stocked with beach umbrella, backpack beach chairs, boogie boards, and board games; each guest receives their own beach towel and bath towel. All renters must sign waiver committing to comply with house rules (including no noise, no smoking and not pets) and pay security deposit. Condo fronts the main boulevard in Carlsbad so there can be traffic noise. House is not child-proof, parents must sign extra waiver. (Smart TV with unlimited streaming Wifi for use with guest's own Netflix/Roku passwords; cable can be activated on request for extra fee). License No. BLRE009755-05-2021.

Our family of adults was very comfortable in the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Lots of space to gather in the large open space kitchen, dining room, and living room. We spent most of our time on the front balcony enjoying the ocean view. The property description and pictures are on point. The kitchen is fully stocked. Our host's communication was excellent ensuring we had everything we needed before and during our stay. Close to the center of Carlsbad we walked just a few blocks and enjoyed some great meals. We highly recommend this property!

Short stay with family, including an active Marine

Our family, including my wife and I, my son and his partner, and his son (my grandson, an active Marine) spent three nights at this rental with a spectacular view of the ocean. We had a great time. The unit is well furnished; with a large kitchen, a nice island and all the appliances we needed. All of the bedrooms are quite sizeable, with two kings and a queen bed. Located right on Carlsbad Blvd, it is about as close as you can get to the ocean. It is about a15 minute walk to Carlsbad Village.The unit was perfect for our short stay. Would have been five stars except for these two negatives:(1) communication with the host was limited, due to her travelling abroad during our stay. She provided secondary contact info if we needed assistance. About three hours before check-in, it looked like we might arrive early, and I texted this contact to inquire if we could check in early (only about 30 minutes) but got no reply. Finally, I called the secondary contact and asked about checking in early, but the communication was less than adequate, she said she would check but never got back to me. However, it all turned out fine, because the door code worked, even though we arrived early. (2) the location- being right on Carlsbad Blvd, a busy thoroughfare, backing out of the driveway can be problematic. Visibility to the south is bad due to the neighbor's wall and shrubs...so it helps to have someone outside of the vehicle monitoring traffic.

Beautiful Beach Condo !

This was such a beautiful home away from home. Directly across from the beach , close to Carlsbad village, and plenty of room for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Will definitely be renting again.

Family Fun

Our family loved this place. It was very clean, beautiful view, and great deck and comfortable furniture, inside and out. Our granddaughters enjoyed the boogie boards and the beach access across the street was so convenient. The proximity to the village and restaurants, plus shopping made it even better. Nancy is an excellent host!

Great Location/Helpful Management

Wonderful location for walking to the beach & downtown, people watching, and sunsets! House was spacious, clean, and the internet worked great. Nancy was very responsive to the questions we had. Would stay again.

Fantastic location, beautiful view, spacious house

We had 5 adults at the house over the Christmas holiday. There was plenty of space, the location was fantastic with easy walking access to the Carlsbad restaurants and shops. Beautiful beach and walkways right across the street. 2 car driveway was helpful and easy to get in/out of. The sunsets were awesome! Definitely would stay again.

Disappointed

When we checked in temperature was 56 and was 8 pm until functional. The lighting in the living room, dining room was overhead cams, the was not a single end table or lamp. You had to ask to have the tv connected, and the internet connection was so poor it faded in and out, and the picture was mostly blurred.fireplace was not functioning. The stools to the kitchen bar were so wobbly as to be unsafe. The outside stairs were difficult to manage

Beautiful sunsets!

Overall we had a good experience and communication with Nancy was great! We enjoyed the balcony and view of the ocean and sunsets until the last 2 days and then it was foggy and cloudy, but still had a great time walking on the beach & visiting Carlsbad village and the local restaurants. FYI, in case someone wants to sleep downstairs and put children, or noisy people upstairs in the back bedroom, you can hear every single sound downstairs in that bedroom. Wasn't a problem for us except for the first night when toilet was flushed! ha!!

Perfect for us

We are 3 senior couples, and were so happy to find a 3bed/3full bath listing. Just so you know, the description online doesn’t do this home justice. The living room/kitchen is huge, and all about the ocean view!! The entire home is lovely. Each bedroom was elegant and clean, the bathrooms were large and newly remodeled. The kitchen is spectacular - fully stocked too. We are already starting to plan for next year. Also important: the manager Nancy is a delight and very helpful!!

Great Carlsbad Beach House

Well-stocked, roomy house with recently remodeled kitchens and bathrooms right on the PCH. Remarkable views of the ocean from floor to ceiling windows in living area and master bedroom. Ocean facing balcony and rear patio with barbecue. My family had a wonderful time here.

Loved this Place!

Fabulous location to beach, shopping and restaurants. No car needed, never had to deal with parking. Condo very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Owner very responsive. Hope to be back!
