A breathtaking 180-degree view of the Limousin countryside and the village rooftops.<br>Stay in our eco-friendly wooden house that opens onto a large terrace—a quiet, secluded spot with a spacious yard, a built-in hot tub, a pool table, a barbecue, a swing, a sandbox, and a vegetable garden.<br>You’ll find all the comforts you need for a wonderful stay.<br>A 3-minute walk from the town center and all amenities, 6 minutes from Lake Vassivière, and 12 minutes from Eymoutiers.<br>Accommodations<br>Our house easily accommodates 6 people, with a maximum capacity of 8 to ensure optimal comfort.<br>The house is situated on a two-hectare lot with an access path from the dirt-and-gravel road.<br>The woods surrounding the property provide a shaded spot just a few dozen meters from the house.<br><br>SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:<br>Our house includes:<br>- a master suite with a 160 king-size bed, a bathroom with a double shower + toilet, and a walk-in closet<br>- a children’s bedroom with a pull-out bed offering two 90-size sleeping spots<br>- An office area with a removable partition that can be converted into an additional bedroom: a brand-new, high-quality sofa bed (160-width Bultex mattress)<br>- The living room sofa converts into a 140-width bed, providing two additional sleeping spots.<br><br>We can provide a travel crib (with a thick mattress topper for the little ones’ comfort)<br>Guest access<br>You’ll have access to the entire house, except for the garage.<br>Additional notes<br>We built most of our house with great care and love. We enlisted the help of local craftsmen and prioritized minimizing our environmental impact as much as possible (Limousin oak flooring, cellulose wadding insulation, eco-friendly paints).<br>We will do everything we can to make your stay wonderful, and we thank you in advance for taking good care of the property.
