Ático de dos habitaciones con una increíble vista de la Bahía de Banderas. El condominio 'Girasol' está ubicado a cinco millas al sur del centro de Puerto Vallarta. Estamos rodeados por una hermosa playa de arena que es ideal para tumbarse al sol, lanzar frisbees o jugar en las olas. La piscina y nuestro restaurante romántico se sientan justo en el océano y también tienen una vista espectacular de la bahía. Si buscas encanto y belleza, no puedes superar esto.

Hay dos balcones diferentes en nuestra unidad para sentarse y disfrutar del océano y las playas, así como una maravillosa vista de la ciudad.

2 increíbles Canopy Tours están a 25 minutos del condominio ..... y Mismaloya Bay (la playa más famosa de Puerto Vallarta con espectaculares snorkel, parasailing y jet boating) está a menos de tres millas por la carretera.

Relaxing girls getaway

Rest & relaxation was our itinerary & this was a great place to do so. This is an older property but the condo had everything we needed; great location-nice beach to swim in the ocean. Lots of whale watching every day & the view from the penthouse is spectacular! Nice to have a good restaurant on site. Thanks Wendee for a great stay!

Spacious condo

Condo worked perfect for us since we needed 2 bedroom rental.It has 3 bathrooms which was great. 2 balconies with one million dollar view fully stocked kitchen Over all Girasol Sur condos are the place to stay !

Such a lovely place to go, restaurant downstairs was awesome, we never left in 5 days! Wendee was amazing, we came in late on NyE and she had asked for people to wait to let us in. Thank you, we will be back for sure!

Beautiful view, wonderful location

Dear Wendee, Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful condo. The view is just amazing, and priceless. Waking up and seeing blue ocean and birds is unforgettable. The beach is gorgeous, clean and not crowded. We liked everything, the restaurant, the pool and the people who worked at the amenities. The condo is well stocked, and there is small convenience store for some groceries shopping. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. We saw dolphins, whale and a lots of birds, including magnificent frigates. I am in love with PV, and with this place.

Thank you Weende for all your information and service. You Rock! And your condo in amazing. Beautiful views and I still cannot stop hearing the ocean from the master bedroom. My stay in your condo was pleasant and my familia had no issue. My kids love it! This was my first stay out of the hotels world and your service and guidance made it worth it. My stay was too short, but if I visit Puerto Vallarta again, I will definitely stay at your PH again (if available), but for more days. THANK YOU!

Beautiful Vacation Home

The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely wonderful . Wendee our host is fabulous. She responded promptly to emails . Wendee offered many great tips on places to go and how to get discounts on activities. The condo is wonderful , it's safe and we had everything we needed . The views are incredible off two balconies. We slept comfortably in the softess bedding . The roaring sound of the waves crashing on the rocks was heavenly . The staff was friendly and helpful . The property restaurant has delicious food with very friendly staff . I highly recommend staying at Girasol. We already hope to return next year. Also the air conditioning works very well .

South Shore Condo

This 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo is on the top floor with one of the best views of the bay. The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Note that there are stairs to get to the two bedrooms. It is located 15 to 20 minutes from the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. The staff is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. There is a restaurant on site as well as a convenience store where you can find most everything you need. Communication with the owner is exceptional. She is friendly, and gives clear instructions and details about the condo. If you have any concerns or questions she responds quickly. Yes, we would recommend this as a great place to stay. We would stay there again.

Relaxing - Beautiful - Charming

The apartment is nestled between the Twin beaches (playas Gemelas), which are perhaps the best you can find in Puerto Vallarta without hopping into a boat. Located 5.5 mi from old town, the 15 minute ride will not stop you from enjoying the thrill of the Malecon. The amenities of the complex are very good: pool, small gym, restaurant and even a mini-mart. Condo employees are very educated, caring and attentive. We had a few hiccups with the air condition which Wendee offered to get us a new one while there, but it was not necessary… sleeping with the windows opened brought a true silver lining: birds waking you up while waves crushing into the rocks smoothened the night. It was great! One thing to notice is that while it is fantastic, it is also small. Perhaps the circular shape of the building, which creates wedge-like apartments, is the culprit to the odd space distribution. If you’re a big person, you will have some fun using the restroom and going up the stairs in the 2-storie penthouse. PS: our experience was interrupted due to electric work in the building, which damaged the other AC (in the kitchen and living room) and also the cooktop. Hard to predict, but it was unfortunate the work was scheduled for peak season.

I'm glad to hear this family had an over all great time. I always like to make our guests as comfortable as possible. I wanted to mention that last week we purchased and later installed a very efficient, quiet, new air conditioner so things are nice and cool and ready for our guests upstairs. We also wanted to mention that we apologized for the electrical work that was completed at an inopportune time for floors 9-12. The air conditioner downstairs was not damaged but just not hooked to power while electrical wiring in the building was being updated. The downstairs air conditioner is new from this summer and very efficient as well. Our penthouse is a fun, comfortable, and quaint place to vacation. We hope everyone reading this sees the 5 star rating and checks us out! You'll love it.

Beautiful Get Away

The condo possesses such a magnificent view of the bay. The photos don't do it justice. Even the view from the master bedroom is awesome. The condo has two floors, one for living and the second with two bedrooms. The beaches were never crowded and you can buy local food like tostadas on the beach. Lastly, the restaurant at the condo has some of the best Jalisco Mexican food I've ever eaten, at a reasonable price! Wendee was a super host in that she was incredibly responsive to any questions we had.

This condo is like a bit of home on 2 of Puerto Vallarta’s most beautiful beaches. Wendee is a wonderful host….always answering promptly to any questions you may have. The condo is comfortable and spacious with everything you need, loved the beach chairs and umbrellas and abundance of towels and linens. Would definitely stay here again 😎

Rocky start grand ending

We arrived late in the evening to the condo, tired after our flights in, to find it hadn’t been cleaned and prepared after the last user. Wendee was quick to respond and got us to move to another of her family’s condos, in the same building, for the night. Next morning after the condo was cleaned all was the same as in the pictures. Very nice place on the beach. Pool, restaurant and little store were great too. Taxi rides from the condo to downtown were more like 20-25 min for us probably due to some construction happening on the road. Something I hadn’t understood before the day of the trip was that in this condo the guests are supposed to organize and pay for maid service at the end of their stay. This is not included in the booking price and is an additional cost. Luckily, Wendee was kind enough to pay our maid service as there had been the problem at the beginning of our trip.

I appreciate your honest review. We try our best to make everything as good as we can for our guests. We were thankful for your patience and understanding in the unfortunate mishap of the maids forgetting to clean our condo. It had been requested 2 days prior, but a mistake was made. That’s the first time in 26 years, so I’m disappointed it was to your group, but, we were grateful we found another unit quickly for your tired family and made it right for the rest of your visit. And, I’m sorry the exit maid fee came as a surprise to you. Maybe I’ll just increase the rate a little so it’s included In the overall price. Good suggestion. But, I’m glad we could cover it for you as our way of saying thanks for being flexible. 😊 We appreciate you staying with us and hope you choose to visit us again. Thanks.

Great family vacation condo

We traveled with our Granddaughter to celebrate her 10th birthday. The penthouse condo was perfect, very clean and comfortable and falling a sleep listing to the surf and feeling the sea breeze coming in through the screen door was wonderful. The condo is located a short bus ride south of PV out of the hustle and bustle of the city with access to two beaches and a great restaurant on the property. We had a very enjoyable stay and the only negative thing being that one week is not enough.

Fabulous vacation!

This was our third time staying at Girasol Sur, the first time at Wendee’s condo. Love everything about this place, so relaxing. It’s so convenient with the store and restaurant onsite, bus and taxis available all the time. Condo was lovely, well stocked, clean, and very comfortable, with amazing views! Wonderful views!

We love Girasol Sur for the beaches, poolside cocktails, on-site restaurant, and gorgeous ocean views. This unit has 2 balconies, excellent air conditioning throughout and a comfortable living area. TV and internet worked well. Stairs are a bit tricky. We hope to return to this unit again. Thanks for a relaxing vacation.

A Wonderful Time

We came down to celebrate our 20th anniversary. However this time we also brought the teenage kids. We had a wonderful time at this location. This is our third time staying in this building, first time in this specific condo. If you have never been to this condo before they are on the smaller side, but do the job very well. Great pool, beach and restaurant. The people who work at the condo are helpful and friendly. The small store on site gave us all we needed for the week. And everyone was very covid safe, taking temps, sanitizer, mask, limiting people in the store... The onsite restaurant has good food and amazing views. The Beach is fantastic. We love the south side and its about 10-15 minutes to old town. $150 Pesos to get a cab into town. The Condo itself was very nice, a good kitchen and living room. At night we watched movies and the thunderstorms, and the bedrooms were very good size. I would highly recommend this condo to others.

Awesome condo for ocean, beach and flower lovers!

Our family loved our stay at this location! It was awesome to live in while there. The popping jungle and flowers at your back, ocean right in front. Incredible views and ability to watch whales from your balconies. Great set up for a family. Awesome swimming beach and pool. Restaurant was a huge plus as was the bus stop being right there. Owner was helpful and responsive.

Fabulous place

Place was as descride the restaurant was amazing all fresh and made to order. Location is convenient as there is a bus stop.out side and is only 10 pesos either way. It was a safe area with many friendly people. The saturday market was amazing and the beach in mismayola was a delight with great food. Wendee was a very responsive host. My only complaint was that the waves were really loud. I needed earplugs.

Amazing View

The view doesn’t get any better than this penthouse. I enjoyed my coffee every morning on the balcony. The water here is so clear-it’s hard to believe it’s only 10 min from downtown Puerto Vallarta. Lots of people snorkeling around the rocks. We saw a huge manta ray right from the balcony! We saw whales too. The condo is clean and comfortable. The beach is beautiful, although over the holidays, it was packed! There is limited sun around the pool at this time of the year. I would love to come back and get experience another time of year when it’s less crowded!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose this area/condo because my parents started coming down here many years before we purchased and loved it. Now all my family have units here. It's a great honeymoon, Christmas, spring, or fall get away for us. Having access to the fresh water pool, and twin beaches right outside our door is amazing. If you want to bring your gang down, let me know. We have access to renting units 301, 205, 211, and PH 14.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The fresh water heated pool is great for year round swimming. The beaches are smooth to walk on, and beautiful to play in. The restaurant has wonderful, affordable food, and the mini super on the main floor is perfect for the items we might have forgotten, or just to have a treat, or extra snack for game nite or to add to our meals. The onsite laundry facility is perfect for mid week cleaning of linens or towels, and there is a work out room as well. A library is offered too, to trade books and read to your hearts content. The view from our balcony is priceless, as our the sunsets you'll see. There is easy access to the bus or a cab to get to anywhere you want to go. Los Arcos is close by, as is Mismaloya, or El Eden, or Chico's paradise, or town and the malecon and lots of shopping. Its really a paradise to visit PV and the Girasol.
