Welcome to our creek house with expansive mountain views and open lush fields. After a long day of hiking, fishing, bike riding relax by the firepit overlooking the beautiful mountains.
Enjoy a cup of joe while enjoying the sunrise and wind down with a glass of your favorite wine admiring the sunset.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a deck overlooking the open field with a beautiful mountain in the backdrop.

The house offers country charm with all modern amenities you’re accustomed to. With cable tv and wi-fi throughout, we’ve let no convenience go unaddressed. Enjoy meals without compromise in our fully functional kitchen, equipped with stainless-steel appliances and stocked with plates and utensils for cooking.

Unwind by the firepit or on the deck overlooking the mountains or have fun with a game of foosball. Keep guests entertained with an array of board-games or spend quality time laughing, conversing, and making memories around the wood-burning fireplace.

Meeting with family for memorial weekend

Overall the accommodations were as promised and as posted by others. As we are not sure how often the owners check out the property they may not be aware that there are a few things that need attention such as screens laying on the ground in the front yard, burned out light bulbs over the dining room table, a slow draining bathroom sink and possible termites as damage is noted both up and downstairs. These are all minor issues and in no way impacted our wonderful reunion!

Great value for money

This house was spacious, clean, and convenient. We liked the games and the TV / subscriptions.Comfortable, clean, well equipped kitchen. Foosball table had no ball and the downstairs sink doesn’t drain well. The door's keypad doesn’t work and the basement temperature was hard to control. We wrote about these last two and got no response from the hosts.

Beautiful spot

We had a short stay but it was fantastic. We stayed here with our very close friends that we moved away from and this was a good meet in the middle location. The yard and view was absolutely beautiful the kids had a blast. Great spots to hang hammocks and plenty of room to run! We had a fun flag football game in the back yard. We also enjoyed the creek on back of property, the kids were able to catch several crawfish! Enjoyed a nice fire in the fire pit!!! The town nearby seemed really cute, however we never left the home. Would highly recommend!

Great family house

Great house, plenty of room to play inside and outside, lounge and cook. The Batavia Krill is in your backyard. Great hiking and stone throwing for kids. Foosball and air hockey tables for family games.

Great ski Getaway

This house was perfect for our ski vacation. It’s located close to Windham mountain. The house was clean and perfect for our large group, there was enough space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the kids enjoyed all the board games and foosball table. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Condition of the home not like the photos

The house was in a wonderful location for what we were looking for. Just a 5 minute drive to windham mountain and into town. However I’m leaving a below average review because the house wasn’t very Clean, the photos don’t match up to the bedrooms furniture and decor, and had an odor. It seemed like the house had been vacant for months and apparently we had rented it before a real renovation. For the price, I was unhappy with the sleeping arrangements and cleanliness of the entire place. Great size for two families but not in the condition of the photos. Will not return.

Great location for a mountain getaway!

We had a great time as a group of friends from back in our college days getting together with our spouses/kids for a weekend in the mountains. The house had a great setup (up and downstairs living areas meant plenty of space for 3 families to hang) and the sleeping arrangements were good too. I brought blankets and pillows because sometimes the bedding provided at rental houses can be old and overused but that was not the case here. The linens were fresh and the towels were plentiful. The house had lots of property to explore and was just a short drive down the road from Windham mountain and it’s cute little downtown area (bars, shops, restaurants). Some bonuses that I wish were mentioned in the listing is that there is a filtered water faucet in the kitchen, shampoo/body wash/conditioner dispensers in the showers, and a Roku device for streaming. Some issues we had was the ice machine did not work and the thermostat was a bit confusing. The bedrooms had individual baseboard controls but the main thermostat upstairs kept resetting to a programmed setting, suddenly it would set itself to a blaring temp. We could turn it down when that happened but could not get it “on hold” to stop the programmed temps. Only a minor inconvenience for an otherwise awesome stay! The hosts were gracious enough to offer us a partial refund when we left a day early due to an impending storm but they explained they have a reliable snow removal service (one more thing that would’ve been helpful info in the listing). Would 100% stay here again, would even like to check it out in the warmer months.

It’s was a good trip since it’s so close to Windham

We had 5 adults and 4 kids and the bedding was more than enough for us. Overall it was as described and would most likely come back again. The only thing that was disappointing was on the lower level the heat was not fully working. I’m sure they’ll have fix it before the next tenant. Thanks for a memorable trip! Qiao
