The Space:
Welcome to our sun-kissed family retreat, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests across four spacious bedrooms, each styled with comforting neutral tones. Soothing hues, tasteful décor and cosy furnishings inspire restful slumber on 5 plush beds. The two sparkling bathrooms offer modern amenities for a refreshing start and a relaxing end to your day.

The heart of our home is the inviting living room with an indoor fireplace. A large TV invites cozy movie nights, while the pool table promises jovial spirit of friendly competition.

Make the most of your culinary creativity in our fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine, and all the tools needed to create a gourmet feast. Not in mood for indoor cooking? Unleash your grilling prowess on the outdoor BBQ, and relish a lovely meal al fresco on our patio.

Our private backyard is enclosed for your privacy and safety of your furry friends and your kids can safely play without fear under the warm Alabama sun. When night falls, gather around the firepit for a good old-fashioned marshmallow roast, under the night sky smattered with stars.

Guest Access:
The property offers hassle-free parking with additional space available in the adjacent lot. Convenient self-check-in is assured through a smart lock, giving you the freedom to arrive at your own ease. Except for the Sweet Skybox Suite, guests have complete access to the property; this exclusive area can be reserved if you require extra space. A shared laundry room is available for use, though we request courtesy for other guests' laundry.

The Neighborhood:
Nice quiet neighborhood with an elementary school and baseball field immediately across the street. To the right of the home, located on 5th Ave is a fire station in case of an emergency. There is also a police officer that lives on the corner when you first turn on the street.

Getting Around:
Car is essential to get to any particular place.

Experience Southern loveliness at its best as Spring dawns upon Decatur. Being within minutes from Rhodes Ferry Park, Wilson Morgan Park, or the remarkable Point Mallard Park, nature loom large at your doorstep.
