Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 33 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and two shower rooms. The apartment is composed as follows:
- 25 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160X190) with washbasin
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140X190 )
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Second bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared swimming pool, heated to 28°C and measuring 6 m x 11 m, open from 15 May to 30 September, weather permitting (opening dates not contractually binding).
