Ideally located, the villa is just 2 minutes' walk from all the shops and restaurants, not to mention the town's entertainment venues, such as golf, bowling, various amusement parks and go-karting. And since you're only 5 minutes from Cap d'Agde, you'll be able to enjoy its extensive beach, harbour, restaurants and Palais des Congrès.
Don't forget that you have direct access to Mont Saint Loup for hiking and cycling, not to mention the cool waters of the Canal du Midi. There's also so much to discover in the hinterland, or enjoy the festivities of the many nearby towns, such as the jousting in Sète, or discover the medieval architecture of Montpellier or Béziers.

A beautiful terrace with a large table is there to welcome you in the shade and enjoy your barbecues with family or friends, not forgetting the children who will have the pleasure of having fun on the swings or sliding down the slide. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the terrace, so you won't miss a discussion, with a direct view of the pool. The entrance vestibule perfectly separates the first floor from the ground floor, giving you complete privacy. All of this opens onto a huge, equally modern living room, with its giant television for watching your favourite programmes in the evenings, unless you prefer to enjoy the view over the pool, as the huge bay window will allow you to contemplate the changing colours of the pool throughout the night.

Beds are made on arrival. Street parking is free and spaces are always available. The area is upmarket and quiet, so there is no risk to luxury cars. Pets are not allowed. Please respect the premises and leave the villa in a pleasant state, as cleaning costs are included in the price.

Only the ground floor is available for rent. Only you have access to the garden and swimming pool.
There is no overlooking from the first floor, which is usually rented by holidaymakers enjoying the beach only.
