Shimmering Palm Villa is a 3 bedroom overlooking Jost Van Dyke. The Villa is a short walk away from Long Bay Beach and Smugglers Cove. The Villa is furnished, with air conditioners in every bedroom, WI FI, TV and a fully furnished kitchen. The Villa is suitable for a range of visitors with a variety of options. The 3rd bedroom is a separate one bedroom apartment with its own entrance plus a pull out couch to host even more. From the upper patio, the Villa enjoys breathtaking panoramic views.

Gorgeous property

We stayed for three nights and were sad to leave. An absolutely stunning location, with short walks to multiple beaches. The local restaurants were top notch, but with a fully appointed kitchen, we could have easily made all our own meals. It was definitely a worthwhile visit.

Deeply relaxing!

The villa is spacious and comfortable with an unbeatable view of the sea from a breezy veranda and one of the best equipped rental kitchens I've seen. you can walk down the hill for a quick dip or drive to other beaches from snorkeling etc. we loved our stay! A bit buggy but this may be unavoidable in the tropical and was worth it for all the perks.

Just as beautiful as the pictures

We had a wonderful stay here in Tortola. The location was great. The condo is walking distance (steep hill) to one beautiful beach and a very short drive to another. The rooms were comfortable. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms but with the breeze the rest of the apartment felt okay. The deck was absolutely perfect!

Gorgeous views!

Our favorite place to get away! This was our second time staying at the same property and it was just as beautiful as we remembered. Very clean. Can’t get any better than the view from here. We love the beaches nearby as well! The host was great to coordinate with and made it very easy.

Very nice

Property was very nice. Somewhat secluded from restaurants and stores so you'll need transportation. A/C is ONLY in the bedrooms; the bleed out into the main living spaces is minimal.

This property exceeded all expectations!

We really enjoyed our stay at Belmont. The property is beautifully furnished and maintained. The pictures posted don’t really do it justice. The architect is beautiful and the views are amazing. The property is actually a well appointed home with two master suites, a sitting room and a spacious great room and kitchen. There is a comfortable porch with a grill and dining table as well as sitting area. In addition, there is a separate apartment downstairs with kitchenette, sitting room with an hide a bed and a separate master suite which was ideal for our two teenage sons. It is situated in a quiet area near two beautiful beaches. Angela, our host, was available, gracious and always helpful. I highly recommend this property, our stay here couldn’t have been any more enjoyable! Thank you Angela!

Tropical retreat

A brief but very enjoyable stay! Loved the property and the views! The kitchen provided everything we needed and the AC in the bedrooms was a lovely reprieve from the heat of the day. Mosquitos and sandflies were a bit pesky but manageable.

January 2024 Vacation

This property was as described in the listing. Excellent location with convenient access to Smugglers Cove. Wonderful property. Beach chairs - coolers - all included with property. Fantastic views. The one issue that prevents me from giving the property 5 stars is the bugs within the lodging. Possibly the cleaning crew left the door open prior to our arrival and I noticed holes in a few of the screens. My family and I all had multiple bug bites and made a concerted effort to keep all windows closed for the remainder of the week which reduced the frequency. Otherwise - the lodging was great and would definitely recommend...

Lovely townhouse villa with beautiful views

Lovely townhouse villa-very well appointed and organized. Beautiful views and quiet location not far from some nice dining options and pretty beaches. Thank goodness for the most comfortable mattress and ceiling fans. We arrived in the dark after a long, long day of travel and I would not recommend that as it is very dark there (few street lights) but with the owner's exact directions (with photos) after a few mis-steps we found it. We especially felt the villa was well cared for and thoughtfully furnished. We were just a couple but it would be a great place for a family.

Excellent island getaway

For us the location was just what we were looking for. It is a bit remote if you're looking for lots of activities within walking distance. But if you are looking for a laid back relaxing time it might be perfect for you. There are 2 beaches and 2 very nice restaurants on the water that are within walking distance. We took advantage of both. The views from the property are truly stunning. The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Mostly great!

The location is great, short distances to the beech. However, with the rough terrain it is a must to have a vehicle to get around. The bedrooms are air conditioned, the rest of the house are uncomfortably hot to the point it is difficult to just hang out in the main living space, and very uncomfortable to use the kitchen, the property managers were great though, absolutely wonderful people .

Great Views!

Very clean and beautiful views! Close drive to beaches but driving can be interesting. Definitely need 4 Wheel drive or at least be comfortable driving on narrow, unimproved roads. Overall very nice stay with great views.

Perfect Villa for our BVI adventure

Second trip to the BVI but first with teens and first time at a villa. Booked this villa for its proximity to Smugglers, our favorite spot, as well as to east end and Nanny Cay. This villa had everything we needed for our stay. Three bedrooms with AC were very comfortable. No AC in the living areas but it was fine in the evenings with breezes and we were not around during the day. Location and views were perfection.

Amazing slice of heaven on Tortola

Lovely villa offering ample group and private space. Easy access to north shore beaches including nearby Long Bay and Smugglers Cove. Close to West End Ferry or an easy 30 minute drive to Road Town and an hour to the airport. Love this area of the island.

West End BVI Stay

Just returned after a week at Angela's home. The views, as others have mentioned are better than the photos online. The space was comfortable enough for the three of us, but the lack of Air Conditioning throughout the home made it oppressive in the afternoon and not really enjoyable unless you were in a bedroom. Overlooked this on the listing as it was marked that AC was in each bedroom. I made the assumption the whole home was air conditioned. Would have been really nice if there were blinds to keep the direct sunlight out and keep the whole home useable during the afternoon and evening hours. Kitchen had enough pots and pans to make it usable. Home was clean upon arrival. The beach chairs and amenities were very nice to have as well. Angela was a great host and very helpful. If there was air conditioning throughout, rating would have been higher. Still a wonderful trip and we made the best out of the heat.

Room with a View

The accommodations were exactly as described. The location was great to our new favorite beach, Smugglers. Being close to Sebastian's was a definite plus. The only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have the unit cooled down prior to our arrival as it was very hot the first night. After that it was fine though. Angela was very good to work with. I would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family (and return ourselves).

Amazing Place!

We stayed for a full week… we loved this place. Easy access to Smuggler’s Cove for snorkeling and beach action. Highly recommended plxe to stay in the BVI.

Great place!

This is a lovely house within a short walk to one beach and a 20 minute walk to another. Swimming was wonderful in both of them. The kitchen has everything we needed. Lovely views from the deck. Very responsive owner. Good wifi.

Amazing stay in West End Tortola

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We feel immensely grateful to have found this place. The views are incredible and can be enjoyed from the bedrooms, kitchen, living room and our favorite-the terrace. The furniture is comfy and we especially enjoyed the reclining outdoor chairs while enjoying the spectacular daily sunsets. We even got a double rainbow one morning! We were able to prepare breakfasts and dinners in the well stocked kitchen complete with new appliances. All the beds were super comfy and we enjoyed taking in lazy mornings with a beautiful view of pink morning sky through the lovely French doors in our bedroom. The closest beach is a very short walk away and Smugglers Cove with Nigel’s and great snorkeling is about a 15 min walk or a five minute drive from the villa. We greatly appreciated the beach towels, chairs and floaties. It was a completely wonderful experience staying in the villa and we can’t wait to be back!

Exceptional townhome!

My husband and I were married on St. John Trunk Bay 28 years ago and return frequently but we wanted to visit and try Tortola. I searched and searched and this townhome for our party of 5 was perfect! Very clean and well stocked for everything a guest would need. We absolutely loved the view on the deck, it’s completely private and stunning! Waking up to have coffee, answer emails and start the day was heaven. Also the West End area of Belmont is lovely. Harbor Market has everything you need, loved Omar’s cafe and also Fusion. Happy Hour at Sebastian’s is a must. Loved Smugglers Cove Beach which is a which drive. The host is prompt and sensitive to answer any questions and the Town home is very well cared for and has charm. Even presents better in person! A definite gem!
